This company hires lazy drivers that DO NOT deliver packages to your door. Instead they drop it in the lobby and leave!! What kind of nonsense is that. I advised Temu to never utilize thier services again or I will simply take my business elsewhere.

Great guys. Very pleasant and courteous. Arrived during time window.

I could check my package everywhere. It went and they automatically sent me a message when my package was delivered! 10/10 delivery!

Never arrived. They are stealers. They drove around my neighborhood all day and never delivered it.

The courier worker was very courteous.
He was impressed that I was tracking him and met him at my building's front door.

Very professional, polite but friendly delivery men. Brought the piece in, attached the legs and placed the item with great care. They cleared away all the packaging and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible experience - ordered something from a vendor the GoBolt driver never delivered the item 2 days in a row they drove around with tracking on and never stopped on my block and never called.

Then they would return to NJ and indicate that the delivery was failed - there is no customer service - nobody who I call seems to do anything and I have been waiting for 3 days to speak to a human being.

I love the fact that my delivery instructions were followed. My only complaint would be that the live tracking is glitchy and not precise. Otherwise, my experience was beyond what I expected, this time. Not sure if the next delivery experience will be like my first. Praying 🙏
