I tried to contact them for a days now no reply no nothing they said my package should have arrived in between 6-7 days and it’s already been almost 2 weeks my order #4932 also the order information is unavailable and it has been 2 weeks since it’s unavailable. I used the email on the site so I know that I didn’t buy something off another company with the same name.

EDIT: I got my package 2-3 days after my review and I’m very happy with it. It was delayed a little bit but it was worth it the material is good the only thing I would recommend is for maybe ppl with broad shoulders to take a size larger if you like things more loose.

Jerseys are great quality, they look and feel great. I’d 100% recommend buying from Goatkits.

Everything went well. First I thought I did not receive any order confirmation, but it was in my spammail/junkbox, so watch out for that. I asked by Instagram DM some information about my order and they did several times respond very fast and friendly. I ordered a product on 22 May and got it delivered on 1 June. I live in the Netherlands, so it is pretty quick.

My first order got caught in customs but the customer service team was awesome and gave me some great options and I was able to get my jersey.

Order apparently shipped 15 days ago but still DHL tracking has no history of it and using the tracking website provided by goatkits only says that the order information has been passed on but no package has been posted. It’s been 22 days since I placed my order and 15 days since it’s been shipped how can it still not be posted

I have had no confirmation of order, I’ve contacted Gokits since Friday last week and had no reply can someone confirm what is happening and if I’m getting my order

bro i order 2 shirts like 2 months ago and i still havent got sh!t. it says on their website that it should take around 8-10 days. but its been 2 months.

Ordered a shirt after reading alleged good delivery reviews. Thought from what I read it Would be here prior to my grandsons birthday of which is tomorrow 07/04. He really wanted this shirt, as we are going away the whole family for a midweek break & he was looking forward to wearing it. Well now he won’t.
Tracking number…what is the point tells you nothing. Four days ago said be with me 03/04/24. Then that disappeared. Emailed. They were rude, patronising and misleading. No one even signed there name , so no idea who wrote the email. Filled an online form. No response. Went onto online chat, again NO reply. Now telling me after I asked for a Full refund. It should be with me end of next week. Making it 3 weeks waiting for delivery. I feel that sone of these reviews are false. As my experience of GoatKit is NOTHING remotely like mine.
Which I find strange. From all the alleged good ones.

Sadly the jersey didn’t arrive in time for my son’s birthday which was disappointing for him and me, but Goat Kits have issued a full refund and promised that it will still arrive but it is slightly delayed.
With this in mind my advice to anyone buying a jersey for a birthday gift is to order super early.
