Go2Africa did terrific job helping us plan and execute an amazing trip. They were always available and picked some amazing places. The partners they use for transportation and the lodges they selected all were top-notch. Definitely recommend them to anybody interested in traveling to Africa

Our experience with Go2Africa was flawless from start to finish and made the entire process completely stress-free. Lauren took the time to understand what we were looking for, curating a personalised itinerary that balanced luxury, adventure, and incredible wildlife viewing. Every flight, transfer, and tour went off without a hitch. We never had to worry, with Craig checking in regularly, and knowing he was just a quick email away if we ever needed any support. The accommodations they recommended were amazing, the local guides were incredibly knowledgeable, and the hospitality we experienced at every stop was unmatched. We are already dreaming of our next safari and will definitely be booking with them again!

Our South Africa experience was top notch from start to finish, beginning with my first conversations with James Steele and continuing on through the nuts and bolts planning with Annalise Scholz.
We couldn’t have been happier with the Lukimbi Lodge—accommodations, staff, food, guides, and of course the animals.

We recently completed our Cape Town and Kruger Safari vacation put together by Go2Africa which was my wife's bucket list trip. We were fearful that our expectations were too high but we were mistaken as everything went off without a hitch. The key is careful planning with the likes of Steve M., our Safari expert and then follow-up with Annalise S., our Client Experience Expert. Steve made sure we got the type of room we wanted at the Winchester Hotel and that all of the excursions we had planned for Cape Town were well-planned with very knowledgeable and experienced guides for our private tours. My wife and I joked that we expected the hotel manager to tell us our room was meant for someone else, it was so nice. We went to Table Mountain, Signal Hill and then toured all of Cape Town and then on our second excursion went to Hermanus to see the penguins and then the Cape of Good Hope where we saw ostriches, elands, and baboons along the side of the road. We had a wonderful lunch in Simons Town and then asked our guide to show us a little more of Cape Town. We then flew to Hoedspruit and were driven to Thornybush Lodge where our safari would begin. We arrived in time for lunch and then the afternoon game drive which was a precursor to what our adventure was going to be. We were at Thornybush for 5 days, (an afternoon, 3 full days, and one morning) and went on 8 game drives. Our guide Lindi and tracker John M., worked closely to locate and wildlife for us to see. We got the feeling even if we were not there, they would still go on a game drive. Lindi would drive off the roads and through the brush, and most of the time, carefully following John's direction to avoid elephant-downed trees, etc. Before our trip, I read several reviews stating how great their guide and tracker were. I am sure they are all excellent, but of course Lindi and John are the best. We repeatedly saw the Big 5, giraffes, zebras, wart hogs, what seemed like 10,000 impalas, wildebeests, hippos, vervet monkeys, several other antelope types, cheetahs, and a hyena with her young one. We had many different bird sightings that were spectacular. With regards to the Thornybush Lodge, our room was wonderful with both an indoor and outdoor shower, a soaking tub and a large bathroom. A very comfortable king-size bed, balcony with occasional monkey present, coffeemaker, and fully stocked fridge was also in our room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge were all delicious. The lodge also does a great job with laundry which we needed after 5 days in Cape Town. All in all, this was probably our best vacation ever and far exceeded our expectations. I believe the key to our trip was working closely with our Safari Expert and then once booked, work with our Client Expert who answered all of our questions. Both were more than willing to set up zoom calls which we took advantage of. I hope everyone has as wonderful an experience in Africa as we did.

Go2Africa was amazing from start to finish! Caroline Nyawira listened carefully to our dreams for this bucket-list vacation and created an itinerary that included everything we hoped for. During our trip, Chanele Jenkinson, their Client Experience Team Leader, helped us every step of the way. We felt truly special and so well taken care of.

Their organization and attention to detail were exceptional. The Go2Africa app kept every detail of our itinerary easily accessible, offered helpful travel tips, and even let us upload photos to preserve our memories. Every detail was handled beautifully, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience.

Caroline booked us the most incredible properties: Ngorongoro Crater Camp, Serengeti Bushtops Luxury Tented Camp, Mahali Mzuri, Giraffe Manor, and Sasaab Camp. Each offered wonderful accommodations, welcoming staff, delicious food, and outstanding guides.

We were so impressed with the entire experience that we are already planning our return! Thank you, Caroline, Chanele, and the Go2Africa team, for making my wife’s lifelong dream come true and giving us memories we will treasure forever.

I wanted to see a pangolin, the world's most trafficked mammal that most people have never heard of. They're trafficked for their scales which, like the rhino horn, has no medicinal value. Go2Africa set me up at Phinda Private Game Reserve in South Africa which is a wonderful place. Go2Africa was able to pair me with a researcher there to see one of the rescued and rehabilitated pangolins reintroduced there into the wild. Phinda is a conservancy that hires many local Zulu staff so everyone wins here.

We had a fabulous trip and Go2Africa was excellent from helping us find the right trip for us and getting us booked! Thank you Ashley for all your recommendations we loved our trip! Thank you Carla for helping us after booking to get us ready before leaving and then helping during our travel. Our flight was canceled two times from American Airlines and British Airways (we had booked our own flights because we were going on another trip that connected to this one) which caused us to be delayed one day loosing one night of hotel and our whale watching tour. Lauren, 24/7 help person contacted driver, hotel and whale watching tour operator and advised of our delay. Carla was helpful when we arrived by rearranging so we could get all our tours in and get max out of our trip! When we got home she advised she was able to get us a refund for one night hotel and the whale watching tour! Very impressed with start to finish and will recommend to everyone to use Go2Africa! Thank you all for a memorable trip if a lifetime!

The itinerary was disappointing as there was hardly any wildlife in Lake Manyara and central part of Serengeti in September. otherwise, the planning and camps were very good. the staff in the camps were very attentive. we admired Dunia camp in Serengeti which is run by all women.

Lauren and Charlotte made planning our Kenya/Tanzania trip a breeze. A friend had recommended Go2Africa and I can’t imagine working with a better company. We are finishing up our trip and we have had zero complaints. Every person that we have come in contact with has been wonderful.

30 days, 7 countries, 18 flights, 15 different lodgings.. and everything was perfect.

This was a customized trip: We laid out where we wanted to go and what we wanted to experience - Go2Africa listened, provided guidance, and made it all happen. This included re-doing portions of the finalized trip (prior to leaving) due to U.S. restrictions after visiting Uganda.

The logistics seemed daunting. However, not once did we have to veer from what was planned. Everything was seamless - at every turn, there were people to greet and guide us.

We came for the wildlife and beauty of this continent (we saw the "big five, little five, ugly five - all the fives")... and it was amazing beyond our expectations. However, it was the kindness and joy of the African people that remain in our hearts.

We just returned from a go2Africa trip that was amazing, well organized, beyond our expectations. Thank you to Madeleine and Carla for creating this platform for us.
The lodges were 5 plus, Entebbe Hills, Rekero Camp and Naboisho Camp. The cuisine, the dedicated staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our safari guide is very knowledgeable about the animals and a strong desire for us to see them.
Challenge yourself and do a gorilla trek in Uganada. I suggest hiring a porter for the trek. You will thank me for doing so.
The beautiful app that you download with the itinerary, details, befor you go,travel documents etc, etc. has everything you require.
Before deciding on go2Africa, I read many reviews from various travel companies. Very pleased with our decision and you will be also.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience so far with the team. We are so excited to leave on our adventure in 2 days. Monique was wonderful in planning our itinerary after our discussions with what we were looking for on our family safari. The itinerary she compiled sounds very exciting. Lauren was fabulous in assisting us along the way with all travel details. Her attention to detail and communication throughout was appreciated which made the entire experience stress free on our part. Cannot wait to get ot Africa.

Awesome trip, 18 days and went fair ly smooth. Had a couple minor issues, but our Travel Care Consultant Annali was right there the whole time. WE were never once left with no answers or a reply. Our issues were minor but communication was great. The lodging, safari's and experiences blew away our expectations. WE will definitely book through Go2Africa again.

I am giving 4/5 stars due to miscues once on the ground. The planning experience was incredible and Madelein N. was amazing as a travel planner. She listened with a fine tuned and expert ear to our must have locations and level of luxury. Madelein was knowledgeable and very patient and always available to answer our questions and explain the differences in itinerary possibilities.
We had a flight cancellation (NOT due to Go2Africa); however, the emergency line was unreachable and we were unclear how to handle our pick up and tours the next day in Nairobi. Additionally, in Arusha we were collected by the wrong guide and had a few more stumbles until we were settled in with our new guide and accommodation. Our on the ground support person, Lauren D., was defensive and really not very helpful. We are seasoned international travelers so we expect hiccups but also expect service when there is an issue; especially given the cost of the adventure.
We loved all of the lodges and safari camps and our guides were truly incredible. The service, food, and accommodations were also wonderful. Again, overall an amazing experience. I would book again with Go2Africa if the emergency line offered email, text, or WhatsApp communication options. If not, I would look for a different company.
