Will cancel and leave you stranded
Booked a driver 2 months out to help get us from Cortina to Ortisie (1.5hrs). They cancelled at 6pm the next before our 10am drive. No new driver could be found and we had to travel 4hr ++ via public transport to a place we specifically booked because we could get a driver directly there. DO NOT RECOMMEND. No accountability, no avenue of recourse and 0 attempt from GoTransfer.it at all to help us.
EDIT - was contacted 11 days after the trip (and only after posting this review) asking me to take it down as they have taken action against the driver. Not only that, they said they have now refunded my money. ELEVEN DAYS LATER. Appalling

We are very sorry for what happened and for the serious inconvenience this caused during your trip.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected force majeure situation, the assigned driver informed us at the last minute that they were unable to carry out the service. We fully understand how disruptive this was, especially considering the location and the difficulty of arranging alternative transportation at such short notice.
We have issued a full refund of the amount paid. We have also taken action regarding the driver involved, who has been permanently removed from our platform and no longer works with GoTransfer.
We sincerely apologize that, on this occasion, our service did not meet the standards we expect to provide to our customers. We take situations like this very seriously and are working to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
