Mr Gulati is extremely conscientious concerning his patients and his work.
Follow-up care is tremendous.
He is always asking questions of his patients (or at least of me), and most importantly he puts in the effort to listen to and get to know who the person is.
I'm giving Mr. Gulati 5 stars only because 10 stars aren't available.

Mr Gulati is professional and knowledgable. He explains everything in detail and gives excellent advice throughout. He answered all my questions which I had. I would highly recommend. His secretary Holly was amazing in answering my questions very quickly.

After having both hips replaced by Mr Gulati, due to AVN and arthritis, I can confirm that he is a brilliant surgeon.
I was a bit worried after the first surgery as I had a leg length discrepancy that was very pronounced because my un-operated side was so degraded but he swept in like a saviour and evened me out perfectly after the second hip was replaced.
In my honest opinion Mr Gulati is an amazing surgeon who I would happily recommend. Thank you Sir 🙏🏼

I saw Mr Gulati about 2 problems, a misaligned knee cap that wasn't tracking properly and tendon damage to the ball of my foot. At the time I had a very short window of availability due to travel constraints and Mr Gulati saw me the same day, which I was very grateful for. He diagnosed both issues, treated my foot and referred me to excellent an excellent physiotherapist for my knee. Very impressed!

I have had the pleasure of working and supporting Mr. Gulati for well over a decade now, within his joint replacement and trauma practice. A highly trained individual, he possesses excellent technical skill, and genuinely cares about every patient he helps. He recently helped me with a small Orthopaedic issue. I went to Mr Gulati with knee pain two years ago and after an MRI he found out I had a torn meniscus. He reccomended to remove part of it with surgery (faster solution compared do physio), so I decided to do the surgery with him. After the surgery and more than 1 year of physio in London I still had pain in the same area. At this point I was advised to do an injection which I decided to not to do as I lost trust and didn't feel taken seriously about my pain after the surgery. I decided to get more support abroad in my own country and after another year the pain improved with PRP injections and local treatments, but I still have to live with knee pain. The surgery didn't resolve the issue and I now have conditions of inbalance, ankle and back pain on top of knee pain.
For my experience, I unfortunately wouldn't reccomend this doctor as in my case the best solution would have been to wait instead of rushing the surgery. As a patient you want always to feel better as soon as possible, but have no competence in judjing possible side effects of the procedure and I felt this should have been highlighted more clearly. I was lucky to have private healthcare insurance, and believed that everything would have been better and faster but in this case maybe waiting would have helped.
