Vastaus yritykseltä Go Displays
Hi Philip, thank you for your feedback. The carry bag on the website doesn't include a shoulder strap and is shown in the image with the handles over the shoulders. As mentioned in our email conversation you're able to return the bag for a full refund, but you have since mentioned you'd like to keep the bag. If you do want to discuss this further please email us at sales@go-displays.co.uk. Thank you
Poor quality
Communication was great however the product was very poor. We were sent another brochure stand due to the first one being so damaged and the printing poor quality, however that was even worse than the first one. Very confused how this is possible for the printing to be blurry/grainy, especially when the files are vectors. There was then a delay in communication when I had questions about the quality of the second one arriving which is disappointing. Thankfully we received a refund but we are still without a good brochure stand.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that the product you received was unsatisfactory, these comments have been passed onto our production team so that we can stop this from happening in the future. We are looking at the packing of the product, but unfortunately sometimes damage does occur during transit, as we're in the hands of the courier, which is completely out of our control. We will however look to address these issues as best we can.

Very pleased with the service all round & especially with your customer service representative, (Vicky Peat) who found a work-around when supplies were held up. The range offered was wide enough to select the right stands & boards for our public exhibition with some brighter colours on offer as well to cheer everyone up. Every effort was made to get the display boards to us in time for the event. Thank you!
