GNERGY Arvostelua

cant fault them at any point of the transaction, so would recommend them.

All good, always helpfull and I'm glad to be part of something positive.

I have had no problems since I switched my account to Gnergy.

An eager to please company issues are dealt with promptly and always with a good end result. Finally the price is right.

I would like the language to be simpler. Not everyone understands the terminology of engy

No problems from day 1. Competitive (very!) pricing. Easy to understand billing and lovely staff when I need to talk on occasion. A pleasure to have GNERGY as my supplier.

Perfect service in all aspects!

They have always been very helpful with a personal service.

All information/cost pricing provided before hand are spot on.

Invariably one of the cheapest tariffs available. Their customer service is superb, no long winded press 1 for this, press 2 for that, then the dreaded muzak for ages. You get to speak to a real person in less than a minute, who actually deals with your query on the spot. Plus their bills are accurate. What more could you want?

Following an on-line comparison site check we chose Gnergy. We had never heard of this company before, but are glad we are with them, as their tariff is very good compared to others.
We send gas and electricity readings once a month, which can be done on line, or freephone.
Whenever we have had to call them we have been answered promptly and efficiently and any queries soon sorted out.
We are so pleased with their service we have renewed twice with them as their prices are still competitive.

Straight forward. Uncomplicated. Good prices.

Aways clear with innformation, except with information about when smart meters will be available

They make everything so simple. Very clear Bill's. They are very easy to speak to on the phone,no hanging on for ages before you get a reply. They are cheap too.

It has been good going with this supplier, very affordable rates compare to other suppliers.

I have been with GNergy a few years now and have found them to be very helpful, polite and informative.
It's very easy to get in touch with them, either by email or telephone, which is answered almost immediately by a real person, so none of this having to press 1,2, 3 etc., and having to hang on listening to rubbish music.

Good value, clear billing, easy to get in touch with
