I was really impressed by how thoughtful and useful the CRO audit from Hannah/Glowrate was. It didn’t feel generic or automated. It was clearly tailored to my brand, with suggestions that made sense for how people actually browse and buy on my site.
She pointed out things I hadn’t noticed yet, like how moving my trust signals higher up could make a big difference for new visitors, and how simplifying the navigation could help people find what they need faster. It was also a good reminder for things I had on my list to change but being a busy solo founder, didn’t feel like a massive priority especially as I’ve just gone through a complete rebrand.
The advice was really practical and realistic, which I really appreciated. It was also easy to read and begin utilising immediately.
