Their return policy is misleading and far from the “simple” process advertised on their website.

If you need to return an item, you are required to ship it back to China at your own expense. They actively try to discourage returns by warning that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional fees once the parcel arrives in China.

On top of that, they will not issue a refund until they physically receive the returned item. This means that if the parcel is lost in transit, delayed, or they choose not to collect it—even if you paid for insurance—you will not receive your refund.

If you decide not to go through the complicated return process, the only alternative they offer is a 20% refund, which is completely unreasonable.

Buyers should be extremely cautious before purchasing from this store.

I bought a cashmere knit cardigan, it was really good price and the delivery was very fast, but the quality of the garment is also that good as the cashmere was perfect.

Do not purchase from this website. Item never showed up despite me emailing them for tracking numbers etc they could never provide. Emails were generated through AI and would not provide me any information. Not based in AUS like the website says

Purchased a jumpsuit. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Poor quality and not linen as stated on their website. They have refused a return of the item. Seems scammy and not a real person replying to email.

Do not buy from this company I ordered and paid for a waterproof coat what I received was rubbish not waterproof or spray proof no labels dreadful design unwearable and they do not honor their return policy the parcel came from China

**XXL size is actually a L in any other item of clothing I have ever purchased. No return allowed, the company is satisfied the produce is as promised!!

I purchased a cashmere sweater and when it came, the quality was terrible. I emailed them requesting a refund and to confirm the process of returning the item. They acknowledged my email twice and then all communication stopped.
I'm lead to believe, Glovera is based in England but using an Australian Web address. The price is in Australian dollars however, the actual transaction is in their currency which is double the price, pounds.
I believe, they may be buying things from Temu (noting the quality) and reselling it.
Do not buy anything from this company. Very dodgy.

Do not buy anything from this company. They advertised a premium leather backpack and when it came it was just cheap synthetic material. They offered me a 10% refund and a 40% gift card on a future purchase. There was no answer to my queries about the misleading advertising and I suspect that the answers were given by a Chatbot. Absolutely no customer service. I’ve reported them to the authorities.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a pair of sandals that when delivered were wrong size, using their measurement scale, and they look so cheap, nothing like the description/pictures and the smell that comes off them is so plasticy! The stitching is so poor too! You can get better quality from Temu / Shein for quarter the price and much better quality! Do not buy anything from them as they don’t reply to emails and the phone number does not work! Bad, bad people! Karma is all that can be said for these dreadful people!

Ordered and paid for a down filled 6xl jacket. Yes it turned up. No lining at all and probably a xl. Unable to get a reply s a scam

GLOVERA appeared to be a legitimate business right from the start included updates re delivery. Then it changed unable to deliver your parcel is ready to be picked up.
No address to pick it up then my address was wrong no no. E mailed them same reply each time

Paid for leather knee high boots from an Australian store. Then was sent cheap synthetic boots from China. Could have bought the same type of boots at my local store for half the price. Very disappointed. Main search was leather it was the entire point of my purchase.

This website lists a Melbourne address, but the goods are shipped from China. As the cutting board I purchased is poor quality I wish to return it. I am being told I must pay postage to China and should purchase insurance. They have offered a 20% refund without returning the board, but it is of no use to me. I would never have purchased from this company had they not deceptively appeared to have an Australian outlet.

I purchase a pair of Men’s leather moccasins from Glovera.com.
On their webpage they gave the impression their Melbourne outlet was closing and there was a sale.
I paid $97 for them plus fright and paid via ApplePay.
After the transaction I was concerned I never received any communication from Glovera about sale receipt or shipping advice.
I went onto their webpage the next day and emailed them my concerns about lack of communication..their contact location is in the UK,and no reply forthcoming.
I sent 2 more emails..still no reply.
I contacted my bank which sent a dispute claim but which has since advised they cannot help me and it seems I have been scammed.
From this experience I would not recommend anyone trading with Glovera.com…completely unprofessional and unethical.
