J'ai commandé un masque et j'ai changé d'avis car on m'en avait offert un autre. J'ai eu un échange de 25 mails pour savoir où renvoyer la marchandise et comment me faire rembourser. Je n'ai eu que des réponses évasives, je ne sais toujours pas à quelle adresse renvoyer le produit. Le masque reçu est dans un emballage quelconque qui n'inspire pas confiance. La marque glömask n'apparaît pas. On m'a juste proposé 5 dollars de compensation, puis 12 et prévenu qu'il y aurait des frais de stockage pour le renvoi. Mais je ne sais toujours pas où renvoyer cette marchandise qui est fabriquée par on ne sait pas qui ni où.
Bref, c'est une grosse arnaque, chère, sans service client. C'est un revendeur de masques sans référence sérieuse.

I could cry! This company are just fraudsters. I returned the mask, unopened, followed all their instructions, they have confirmed receipt but they will only refunded me £38 of the £259 I very stupidly paid. It cost £40 to return the mask tracked & signed for so I am £260 out of pocked. Please do not purchase from them. I have now put this in the hands of Mastercard. I have sent them 27 emails in total, they just ignore them - someone called Oliver is having a right laugh! I ordered the mask on 25.01.26, tried to cancel it on 26.01.26 and they refused to let me. 2 months on and I still have no refund.

I also purchased this mask for €180 based on reviews which were obviously fake. Same as the other buyers here I tried to return without even opening the box and was given the run around by ‘Oliver’ with requests for photos and was offered the 10%. I refused to give up, eventually got a return address and couriered it to China which cost me €30 again sending photos of the label as evidence. Eventually I got a refund from them of €22 and not the 80% they promised. I contacted my bank with all the emails and just got the balance back via a recharge request 🎉

Awful , stopped working 4 months after purchase, told me warranty had expired. Chinese fake rubbish.

Don’t trust this company - false promoting and the item is drop shipped from China - impossible to get a return and refund - I just lost 210 euro on China rubbish

Cookies will tell you this is the best mask but it's a cheap generic mask - absolutely nothing like the photo and not even worth a fiver. avoid. ignore the "reviews" they say they have because it's all generated by them. ATTENTION: Fake website, you won't receive the LED Mashers you ordered, but an anonymous mask in a Chinese package with no description of the technical characteristics! Has anyone actually received the return address ? I tried cancelling within 1 hour of ordering and they wouldn't allow it I'm now just going to refuse delivery of product and try get a refund back that way but if anyone had return address I'd appreciate it

I got tempted by the red light hair cap as it was well priced and the company offered a 30 day return guarantee policy. It does work, but the insert did not fit the cap well and I was worried about the technology as it was not as described on the website. There is red light, but there's also blue light. There was no mention of blue light and only 3 wavelengths of red light are shown on the website. This made me nervous about what the actual technology is.

It took a week for a response and numerous emails from me. I was offered $10 compensation. I declined.

Now they have asked for pictures that I provided and are saying they'll ask the technical team for a solution.

It's a game and the company's 30 day money back guarantee is false. Very soon, that time period will pass and I'm sure they will next say that they can't do anything as it's past the 30 day time period.

Don't be tempted by the cheaper prices of products on this website! The company is not honest and will give you the run around like the other reviewers have said!

Trying to return the product as well like everyone else, NO ONE is able to return anything clearly even though they have a return guarantee.

They do not honor this and are the worst with customer support, with prefilled copy and paste for any situation that all revolve around the same thing.

A) claim their product is perfect
B) do not honor a refund
C) offer you a 10% partial refund as a spit in your face

This company is a scam. I purchased based on 'ratings' most likely fake. There was a missing piece so i emailee them. They did respond wanting proof of everything. I sent it all and then asked for a refund. Would happily send their 'product' back. Now i have been ghosted. I also believe they sell the mask under several other names showing pictures of the same mask. DO NOT BUT

Instead of honoring a basic return request, customer service tried to guilt‐trip me into keeping it and brushed off my complaint with excuses. Their email literally says: “We are sorry that you don’t want to keep the package. I want to say that our products are affordable and of guaranteed quality. We have passed multiple quality inspections before shipment.”

They then told me that if I “really don’t want this package, you can give it as a gift to your family or friends, and they will surely like it.” — as if my only option is to pass along a product I don’t even want!

This company refuses to provide a straightforward return. Instead, they offered only “a 10% refund as compensation,” which is basically an insult and confirms they’re trying to avoid giving customers their money back.

They refuse to provide a return address up front and even warned: “Please do not return items until we give you the correct address.” — which is suspicious at best and feels like a tactic to delay, avoid accountability, or run out the dispute window.

They make it incredibly hard to return anything, ignore your rights as a buyer, and pressure you to give away something you paid for.

Save yourself the hassle — stay far away from this company. I wish I had read reviews like this before ordering, and I hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake.

A terrible Chinese dupe product that comes with barely any instructions and the timer switch doesn’t work. I think my husband has been scammed. Trying to get a refund but not hopeful. There is no brand, the box just says LED mask and looks like it should be on Temu for a fraction of the price.

Update - have since tried getting a refund, was first offered a 10% refund and to re gift it to family and friends. I told them this was a total insult as the product is faulty. They have now offered me to return it but I need to cover shipping costs and they will only refund 80% of the price as they would charge 20% in labour costs to review the faulty item. My 2nd option is to keep the item and they offer a 20% refund. An absolute joke.

I ordered the LED Mask on the pretext that it was FDA approved it had no certificates with it or anything that showed FDA approval. It was in a box with what looked like a kids instruction leaflet. When I looked on TEMU o seen the exact same mask for €22.
I believe this is a scam I couldn’t get full refund as they were charging me to send the item back to China stay clear this is NOT a UK company.
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star and would not put this anywhere near my skin.

Ordered on 18th Nov, the Glomask, got emails to confirm purchase and going for shipping and then nothing. Tried email no replies, no futher info upto today 30th Nov. Do not mind delays but communication is needed.
