Global Transmission Parts Arvostelua 

Was looking for a particular bearing inside my transmission. I was told they couldn't find it, couldn't look it up, and based on description they had never sold one in their company's history. Tells me to try to find one on eBay or other used parts avenues. I'm sorry , but i'm not putting any used parts into this expensive build. And I was looking through the reviews, and I can see that there were several other customers that were told to go to the junkyard for psrts. Called Transparts Warehouse and the guy took about three minutes to look it up, said they sell these all the time. Verified my part and It's currently on its way to me. I really do hate giving bad feedback, but it's the best way for potential customers to see how they're past customers have been treated. I really would have expected more from this company

I purchased several parts from global transmission and somewhere along the delivery service i received someones cat food package and i notified global transmission and they would not do anything about me being out the money and the parts i paid for. Will never do business with this company again. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

They don't ship orders correctly, can't pull parts per order and can't ship same day as advertised...I placed an order and they forgot parts and then shipped them the cheapest way possible and it took twice as long, made excuses and don't care...I placed a separate order, thought it was a different company only to push the pay button and get an email from them so I guess gmtransmissionparts.com is also global transmission...The order was placed on Friday at 9:35am, supposed to ship same day per website but it's Tuesday the following week and still hasn't been shipped per tracking number....Complete waste of time, the worst customer service and shipping practices I've ever witnessed!

Poor crappy customer service when i called about a problem with a gasket not fitting the bolt hole pattern the guy gave me a crappy attitude and said it should of fit saying the machines make them by the thousands and machines never mess up and don't make misprints which I know how machines do make misprint as i worked for places that messed up on things and we had to throw the messed up misprints out with that being said he thinks machines are a 100% perfect and never can make anything wrong and still gave me a crappy attitude like i made the gasket my self or something. So this company lost my business along with the rest of my family and friends just because his Attitude and Crappy mouth thinking machines dont mess up making things, again its a machine and I've worked for several different fatorys with several different types of machines and see how they mess up making things. Buyers be wear buy at your own risk!!!!!

Lowest price online and delivery was so fast! Will do much more business with them!
