Responsive and professional team

I have 1 case that needs intensive care…

I have 1 case that needs intensive care on this Canada trademark that I've applied with them. They are very unresponsive on whatsapp and continuously say they will provide within the hour / day / 30 mins etc.

Given them many weeks and months to update to CIIPO.
Need solution or refund.

This company is a scam. They contacted my company and said they were willing to help us deal with a trademark (FebBox) dispute. After I paid $500, they did not appear in court on time and did not respond to emails.

The $500 fee you paid was specifically for drafting and filing a counterstatement in response to an opposition against your trademark application at the USPTO. This fee covered the preparation and submission of necessary legal documents within the required deadlines, and we confirmed the successful filing of your counterstatement.

It is important to note that this fee did not include additional stages of the opposition process such as discovery, depositions, the final hearing, or settlement negotiations, which are handled separately and have their own costs.

Speed and professionalism
