Effective and Improving!
After a few fits and starts with prior representatives, our recent experience has been excellent. Our case manager is attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. We feel that we're moving forward and actually making progress towards our goal. I am reluctant to get too optimistic, since there are so many details to work out, but I am hopeful.

Global Passport has been a godsend! I've interviewed a few other companies in regards to helping me obtain my Italian Citizenship and things felt off or unsure. Worth the money
Global RCG provided clear detailed instructions that made the process much easier. They were responsive to my questions. They were able to provide information about my grandmother's birth certificate even though the original building housing the records had been destroyed in a fire. I couldn't have done it without them.
