2 years ago, I incorporated a US LLC on a cheap online website. Only now, i realized that there's lots of filings that need to be done each year. Sadly the Company i used didn't do any of them at all, which led to a fine by the IRS. GFS and Ramon were able to take care of the mess and resolve everything quickly. Through them, i was also able to open a US Bank Account for my Company at Citi Bank and Bank of America, which i previously thought was impossible. I’ve been a client of GFS for about 2 years. Ramon and his team are the most knowledgable consultants i’ve ever met when it comes to international tax structuring for online business owners.
