Globalesim never connected to DK data…
Globalesim never connected to DK data networks. Support was very supportive but never succeeded to activate the data connection. After a lot of wild bull..it tips (change network, apn name, aso...) they admitted to have problems with DK networks. It seems to me that Globalesim service is deteriorating, got lately to contact support on each trip with an esim
I asked to be reimbursed.

Fast response
I had trouble with my eSim, for some reason I couldn’t topup. I contacted the customer support and John Roel assisted me quickly before I board my flight. Thanks to him it made my experience smooth.

I had problems with my esim, så i did write to them, and I did talk to mark. And he did everything he could to get my esim to work. And it did at the end.
