I’ve been using Globalesim for a year or two now with no problems but recently I tried to top-up my plan but it didn’t go through so I tried again but still no results, so I contacted the Customer Support through the message bubble on the site where Mark helped me out by getting my first top-up to work and getting the second one turned into a voucher I can use whenever I need an esim again within the next four years.

Was having really bad experience, and was almost going to do a chargeback as not matter what settings I adjusted, I couldn’t get my eSIM to connect. I got on the helpline chat through the GoobaleSIM app and John Roel really helped me out. Fixed the problem within minutes and had me on my way. Quick solution, and great service from John.

Swift Problem Solving
I had a top-up issue for my esim that has happened before, and I'd like to have a new esim issued.
