We were in a time crunch to get my husband's interview in before our trip and there were no openings. I signed up to get the messages for when there were cancellations. It took awhile because they get snatched up really fast but we finally were able to get his interview in time.

I didnt actually make an appointment from the alerts. Every time I received an alert (and I received a lot); by the time I logged in and scrolled to preferred location- there were no open appts.
I often received alerts for the same day - often an hour or two ahead. I live 2 hours from nearest site. Several times it was for 8pm at night.
So finally I checked on a different location that I was not familiar with - but it worked - i got an appt for a month and a half from now.
I like the alerts but they would be more helpful in an urban setting. I am in a rural area and have to plan a trip in advance.

Just a bad Trusted Traveler website. Geesh, even when u got there it was hard to know if u actually did everything correctly and were selected. Good luck!

Very convenient and easy to use.

Once I understood the process, it worked really well.

I was hesitant to purchase this but it was honestly worth every penny, so much better than incessantly checking the website myself.

Amazing, I got an appointment the same day I signed up!

I somehow ended my subscription after only a day or two. I did not make an appointment for an interview and wish to reinstate my subscription, but couldn’t find out how to do it.Your website says to “contact us for questions“ there is no way to contact. No phone number no website or email that I could find. Please help me reinstate my subscription to set up an interview.

I was able to receive many options for scheduling an appointment that fit with my schedule.

I was able to get an interview date at my closest airport within 2 days of signing up for the alert. Well worth $25 fee!

Incredible program. Charlotte is one of the toughest airports in the country to get an appointment. When we wanted an appointment in early September there were none available through the end of the year! When we starting getting the texts for cancelled slots it took us less than a week to snag two appointments. You need to be super-quick but this really works.
