We ordered 3 necklaces for each of our…

We ordered 3 necklaces for each of our daughters. 2 of them made it to them and they were thrilled. The last one showed it being delivered but our daughter never saw it. We reached out to your company asking what if anything you could do. To our amazement you sent her another necklace. She was over the moon with excitement. Thank you. Alice Moore

We felt their advertising was…

We felt their advertising was confusing. We ordered the wrong item. We then ordered the correct item , which cost more, we asked for them to issue a return and pick up shipping and they refused!!

Hello Deanna, I apologize that you found our advertising confusing. As a small business we can't cover the cost of shipping for correct orders. I know large companies like Amazon and Walmart may do this, but unfortunately it is not realistic for small companies. We do always support returns for any reason including change of mind. We do hope your daughter's enjoy their gifts!

You never really know if a website is real or not this one had great reviews the product came it's absolutely stunning I would highly recommend for any gift choose this website

Great Product !!

The ladies that recieved the items I ordered from you and gave to them.( two girls that were at our home as much as theirs) were exuberant over the necklaces and gave me several calls and etc.telling me how much they loved the necklaces and appreciated the thought. This goes back the the quality of your product as well as the short time for delivery. THANK YOU !!

The jewelry looked great

The jewelry looked great, boxes were nice. Just have to wait to give them out to my daughters and daughters in law.Hopefully they will be as impressed as I am.

So far ok

So far ok! Still do not know how or why I received three items rather that the one I thought I ordered. Two were returned yesterday. Hope I see a refund in my bank statement.
