What can I say.Excellent Customer Service is Alive again!

What can I say, Real and Genuine Customer Service is finally back with a vengeance here!
Andrei Barabas (co-owner) reviewed my concern with the first tribute video for my Mother's Funeral.

Some way ChatGpt did not get all the pictures I had uploaded into the finished video.
Andrei took the concern and ran with it. Not only did Andrei fix the issue to include all the pictures and updated the video, it was done within 24 hours.

Take my word, when one of life's most difficult times come, you want to trust it to a special company such as Glinded, Inc.
Before this difficult time, I had never heard of Glinded. Thanks, Andrei and your team for making customer service Alive again!

I lost my grandmother in June 2025, and I know how much it matters to get her story right when there is so little energy left for anything. That is exactly why we built Glinded: so that in the hardest weeks, telling a life well is one thing families don't have to fight for.

The music we suggest first is a small starting selection, but we have access to a catalog of over 55,000 licensed songs behind it.

If you email me at help@glinded.com, I'll have one of our editors personally rework your video within 24 hours to get it to something you're proud to share.

If it still isn't right after that, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. That's our policy either way.

These videos matter too much to get wrong. I'd genuinely like the chance to fix this for you.

Losing my dog was hard; this is easy

Losing my beloved service dog was already hard, but to be able to upload photos and have a memorial video prepared in minutes helped me tremendously!
