Jas and her sister were honestly so lovely and made the whole bridal consultation feel super special. I still cannot believe I got both my wedding and reception jewellery from them in one sitting - I wasn’t expecting that at all!

I cannot put in to words how amazing the experience has been at Glimour and how grateful I am for all their hard work. The team helped me put together 7 jewellery sets for my wedding, 4 sets for my mum, all together with accessories. The quality of the jewellery is unmatched but what really stood out to me was the customer service. I had only 2 weeks to go until my wedding and they were incredibly supportive and calming during a very hectic time. They have a really extensive range of styles that extend far beyond what you can see on the website. I brought photos with me of designs and my blouses and I was never made to feel rushed or that I left it too late to get the styles I had my heart set on. The looks for my wedding are absolutely unreal and I cannot thank you enough. I would encourage everyone to get their jewellery from here - whatever the occasion. I should also mention that I am incredibly fussy and that even within such a short timeframe, they still offered to customise any pieces I liked.

I was really disappointed with my most recent order, especially as I've been a repeat customer.

The jewellery I received had several visible finishing issues that, in my opinion, didn't match the quality shown in the product photos. I contacted the seller with photos, but was told I had "ultra zoomed" the images and that "nobody will be examining the choker when you're wearing it."

I explained that I hadn't even removed the earrings from their packaging, as my concern was about the quality of the set.

The seller repeatedly asked me to discuss the matter over the phone, but I preferred to keep everything in writing. Unfortunately, we weren't able to reach a resolution.

As someone who had previously purchased from this business, I found the handling of my concerns disappointing.

I would encourage prospective buyers to read the returns policy carefully before ordering and to be aware that, if you believe there are quality issues, you may still be referred to the no-refund policy.

They have a great sales section but I will no longer be purchasing from them :)

After shopping around for my wedding jewellery I came across Glimour and I’m so happy I went to them. The experience was totally different to anywhere I had been and was so personal. The girls were lovely and helped me find the perfect sets for my outfits. My mum was convinced we wouldn’t find any jewellery in the UK that had the same quality as from India but she was so impressed with the quality and jewellery designs! I got so many compliments on my weddings sets!

I bought 3 pairs of earrings a few years ago from Glimour which I am still wearing to functions now. They were lovely, packaged really nicely and arrived promptly. As a returning customer I needed some bangles asap and left it last minute. I called Glimour and they returned my call even though it was the weekend and were brilliant, offering to check if they had more now in stock of a sold out set which they did have. They replied to me first thing Monday letting me know they would arrive on a next day delivery. Thank you for great customer service. Would recommend and would buy again😀
