Wrong colour sent. Quality poor.Return or refund policy an insult.

Awful company.
I ordered 2 pairs of stilettos but received two pairs of kitten heels - one completely the wrong colour.
Contacted the company and asked if they could arrange for the correct colour pair to be sent out and they said "I can definitely help you get the right pair sent out".
They then explained (essentially) that whatever return method I chose I would be out of pocket:
Option 1: Keep the shoes and get 10% refund.
Option 2: Keep the shoes and have 50% store credit.
Option 3: Return the shoes at a heavy cost to myself due to customs etc.

I complained and said that "this isn't my error, it's yours" and they suddenly refunded my money and said I can just "purchase the correct pair online."

No thanks. Seeing so many negative reviews on here makes me think they don't really care anyway.

Absolute Scam

was told that I need to return the shoes, but the cost of the shoes is essentially the same as the return shipping fee. They also stated that they will not cover the return shipping costs and that, after the return, they will deduct a further 15% from my refund.
They advertise like they are UK based and you will find out when its time to return

The product itself was also misleading ,l ordered those stilleto heels and it was a long heel only for it to come like a kitten heel .the information provided on the website was not clear about these charges and deductions. It is particularly misleading to advertise a “30-day return” policy without clearly explaining that customers may have to pay return shipping costs that can be almost the same as the cost of the product, as well as having 15% deducted from their refund.

These conditions were only made clear to me after I contacted to request a return and refund. Had this information been clearly stated at the point of purchase, I would have been able to make an informed decision about whether to buy the product.

In a nutshell, dont buy from them at all

The dress I ordered was nothing like the dress I received. The quality was awful and apart from a very mild resemblance to the pattern on the material it was nothing like the picture.

Absolutely ridiculous. tried to cancel my order 10 min after placing it - as my team decided we no longer need it. I was told cancellations are not possible, and we need to return the product. Had to wait 3 weeks for the delivery, just to receive an information that the cost of return must be covered by us and - we need to return the parcel to main magazine in China. Customer service is terrible, received 3 same emails from 3 different people instead of instructions of return, no clear communication and ridiculous rules. On top of that they try to offer 10% of value return just to make you keep the product. Big No.

I received the sandals and they look very nice and are comfortable. However after wearing them a few times, the insoles are loose and keep rising up in the shoe making them very uncomfortable to way.. I did contact them but they said “nothing they could do” not great customer service or Sandals. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Order delivery date constantly changed and put back, when i challenged them about the date they doubled down despite their own website stating differently. When finally "delivered" the item was left on the street (the driver took a picture!) and promptly disappeared.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid avoid avoid. If you want to return an item it has to go back to Hong Kong which you, as the customer have to pay for. You are also charged 15% restock fee so they basically bully you into keeping the product. The tone of their emails is disgusting and have asked 7 times now for their complaints procedure which they have refused to give to me. I am now going through my bank to get my money back as the item sent was cheap and nasty.

Absolutely stay away from these. They ship from china but you believe Uk.
The website shows beautiful shoes the reality is cheap plastic with wonky a heel and 2 different sizes, baggy material I could go on. To add insult to injury they expect me to pay £32 to ship back for a refund on un resellsble items. Photos were shown to them and they reply each time return before refund in the most cold unapologetic way. They couldn’t care a less

Return policy is as exactly as poor as you would expect - They refuse deny . My wife bought an item - not a great fit - otherwise did not want to keep. The company refused to accept - unworn return - within 48 hours. Can you spell fraud

**Disappointing lack of transparency and poor quality**

I purchased from this company believing I was dealing with a UK\-facing retailer\. The website prominently advertises “FREE UK SHIPPING” and “30 DAY RETURNS”, but the practical reality of returning an item was not clear to me at the time of purchase\.

Unfortunately, the product description was not accurate, and the item I received was poor quality and did not meet the standard I expected based on the description and photographs on the website\.

When I requested a return, I was instructed to send the item to an address in Shenzhen, China, at my own expense\.

I was particularly surprised because the website refers to a warehouse address in Hong Kong, while the return instructions I received provided an address in mainland China\.

Had it been clearly disclosed before purchase that I could be required to return an item internationally to China, with the associated postage and potential costs, I would have reconsidered placing the order\.

I am posting this review so that other UK customers are aware of the product quality, the accuracy of the product description, and the return arrangements, allowing them to make a properly informed decision before purchasing

After making a purchase on line which stated the shop was in Altrincham cheshire it went down hill from there. 13 contradicting emails later first its on its way then still being waiting to be sent, asked 4 times for a refund stating this company were misleading people as when the order was acepted it then came clear it was coming from China. Yesterday it arrived and the quality is disgusting!!!! asked for a refund & as said in another review they make it imposable to return something needs to be done as this company are a SCAM !!!!!!!!

everything about this company is dreadful I saw it online and the outfits looked lovely so I sent for a outfit which said guest wedding dress looked perfect for me the next day I sent for a trouser suit and another guest wedding dress well when they came they were like a sack of rags absolutely dreadful.so I immediately sent for q return form but of coarse I didn't read the small print which said if I wanted to return any item I would have to pay the postage myself and to china what a scam and also they would take 15% off my refund to restock the items restock them there having laugh you wouldn't even give them away. I cannot for the life of me understand how they can get away with it surely there is something that can be done to stop theses fraudulent companies advertising online with such disgusting outfits .Even if I send them back there is no guarantee I will get any of my £120 ponds back

This is a scam company. AVOID. I made an order and then realised that I had been duped. I emailed to cancel the order. It was a Saturday. My payment is still pending. They answered today to say you only have an hour to cancel an order and even though they haven’t shipped anything it wouldn’t be fair to other customers. I had looked at the returns policy. They ship from China. You have to pay to return there and you are charged a 15% processing fee of your total. The jumpers will not be cashmere, they will ‘feel like cashmere’ or so they say. You will receive inferior items and they will be impossible to return. I couldn’t find any reviews other than the ones on their website.
