What a delight to receive our wedding bands from Glencara. They were delayed in the mail and I was freaking out. I dealt with a wonderful customer service person. De "gift", een klavervier, komt uit China (€4), en de genoemde waarde €21 is kletskoek.
Vreemd is dat ze schermen met leverdatum, want ze versturen via gewone post, die veel later aankomt.
Dankzij betaling via PayPal kan ik terugsturen met garantie op terugbetaling, maar na melding van mijn teleurstelling heeft klantenservice Glencara dit correct opgelost met forse korting.
