Customer Service was and is the BEST
Customer Service was and is the BEST. I Had issues with the way I ordered an item and the company could not have been nicer in accommodating my needs. The issue concerned buying in the US and shipping tariffs. It was my problem but they bent over backwards to make it right when they did not have to. I was just one of millions in the USA and their customer service made made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I also informed the manufacturer that Glebe went the extra mile for me. The tariff issues have been crippling for many online international companies. I hope one day I will return for a visit to Scotland and I will definitely make a special trip to GLEBE!!

Bonne expérience
Ne parlant pas beaucoup anglais c'était un peu compliqué.
J'ai reçu l'article avec un petit mot écrit à la main, vraiment sympa.
j'ai dû retourner l'article car trop grand et reçu un mail très rapide ou je leur disais que je commandais à nouveau. Le seul problème c'est les frais de douane qui coûte très cher car j'habite en Suisse.
