Gleamstones Arvostelua 

I bought a set with Necklace, Bracelet, and earrings for £22.99 "supposedly" discounted from £59.99 but after waiting a long time to arrive they more like something you would pick up from a funfair for £3.99 ! To say it was a rip off would be an understatement, I purchased them for a Christmas present but have now thrown them in the Bin as I could never give something so cheap and crappy to anybody, I consider myself SCAMMED and would NOT recommend dealing with this company. I ordered on the 24th Nov and it arrived today on the 6th Dec.

Gleym is a complete waste of time rip off company who have no time for their customers...the stuff is shoddy and most certainly not worth the money...

I ordered the pearl bracelet to UAE and the first package got lost, so that was kind of inconvenient, but as soon as I contacted the Customer Service Representative, they immediately sent me another piece which was successfully delivered. The quality is good and the bracelet was really pretty. It was for my mom's birthday, so she really liked it. Thanks!

Really happy with my purchase from Gleamstones and the assistance I received from the Gleamstone staff when my initial package had not arrived in South Africa. The jewellery I purchased was absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect gift.

I ordered earlier this year and my items lost in transit TWICE!!!!...I emailed to them for a refund, they told me that they have having problems with the payment gateway, and now it has been 3 weeks, they didn't even bother to reply my request for refund...

I ordered 6 different jewellery pieces at the beginning of the year but when I called 6 months later I was told my order was lost in transit. I requested a refunded which should have taken 2-4 bank days but it’s taken three weeks and though I reached out to them again I’m yet to get a reply nor refund. I must say I’m truly disappointed at both the customer service and help support that your store provides

My shipment was lost in transit, then I wrote to the customer service who agreed to send me the new consignment. That was also lost and when asked they agreed to refund. Its been more than a month now. Gleamstones say they have refunded. But I haven't received the refund. Enquired with the bank and they haven't received.
So sorry!!!! My experience has been terrible.

I got numerous complements on a pearl bracelet that I purchased from Gleamstones. I have bought more items from Gleamstones since then. My expectations on packaging and delivery timing were met each time.

I ordered several things for myself and others. They were all winners. Great quality at great prices. I am very satisfied.

First time, there was a delay with my order. But after reaching out to customer service, they placed the order again and I got it pretty quick! The quality is perfect and so cute :)

I loved the two pearl bracelets they looked beautiful. Its unfortunate the store is shutting down.
