I had a really positive experience at Glasswells when shopping for a new mattress. I initially visited on my own to browse and get an idea of what might suit me, and Sally was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options, materials, and levels of support, which really helped me understand what would be best for my needs.

A few days later, I returned with my husband to make a final decision. Although Sally wasn’t working that day, another member of staff, Lynne, assisted us and provided equally excellent service. She was patient, friendly, and gave us further guidance without any pressure, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Thanks to the advice from both Sally and Lynne, we felt confident in our choice and went ahead with the purchase. It’s clear that the staff are well-trained, genuinely enjoy their work, and care about helping customers find the right product.

Overall, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glasswells to anyone looking for quality furniture and expert advice.

I would like to put in a great review for Jane Goodchild. The interior design specialist for glasswells, I think she was absolutely fabulous with the way she tried to find out the character of me as a person and things I liked in my house and then found some materials to make curtains to match with the sofa which I bought from glasswells as well and tried to inform me about different colours and the wood textures which go with the furniture I ordered for my lounge then she went on about all the different colors which are in my kitchen and found the perfect blinds for me to put up as well, im so very impressed with the service that Jane has put in to make my home look lovely.

I regularly visit Glasswells Ipswich with my mum to enjoy the wonderful restaurant and then to look at furniture and furnishings always with a welcome feeling. Today I needed to seek help with a previously purchased bed and a part which I had mislaid. Sally-Ann Smith was so lovely - patient, caring and so very helpful to me and my mum. Sally-Ann went beyond kindness and it was a pleasure to see that customer care and service truly exists in this climate. Thank you Sally - Ann and thank you Glasswells you are very important for our town.

The sales consultant,was very helpful,listend to what we needed.Adrian Capper,looked the sofa up online.The sofa was in stock.He ordered it,and set a date for delivery.I was delighted with his service.

Lovely store, well positioned for public transport and with good car parking. Purchasing in every department went smoothly. A big shout-out to Jane in flooring and Lawrence is sofas who went above and beyond to help us. Steve of Ocean Flooring did a superb job too.

We received excellent advice and pressure free service from Sally in the bedroom department, enabling us to place an order. An excellent, celebratory lunch followed.
