Fab service, I love the chat via WhatsApp, it was efficient and immediate easy help. Nothing like the awful chat on other web sites. Great price and quick service. Glasses are perfect .

Really happy with my glasses and how…
Really happy with my glasses and how quickly they arrived! Really easy ordering process too and will definitely be using again to reglaze my Rayban sunglasses. Just would have been good to receive acknowledgment that my glasses I sent by tracked delivery had been picked up when they were left by the entrance by the delivery driver. But when I emailed to ask they replied promptly.

Hello Victor,
The post office were even unclear about the customs declaration. It was returned to us once (thus the delay) so we had them fill out the customs declaration the second time.
I am sorry you are so disappointed. And for the charges if you could state them here or email us.
I hope the new lenses in your glasses are good .
