This is a total scam. I was never given a receipt. Definitely going back for a refund . If they cooperate I will go away quietly if not, I will send a hundred of my friends there and record everything in video then we will show it on the news. I will also call his daughter’s school and tell them what kind of family they admitted into their institution. Without a refund my goal is to run them out of town. I don’t care where these greedy scum go just not in my neighborhood. These are not people, they are parasites. I can’t wait to go back and hear what they have to say. I’m lucky I have resources to expose them. Shame on you Ala Moana Management.

Amazing! I use their makeup protocol products (cleanser, eye serum, prolift, and eye cream) before doing my makeup and it help it sit SO well on my under eyes while also getting rid of my bags. Great products! Will continue to use!

Great service from the start! Communication is excellent and when Deanna called, she confirmed each step of the way when I received my Multiwave pro. Set up was a breeze and explanation of the device and operation were very clear. So excited to rejuvenate!

I tried Glamour NY recommended by a beauty advisor in Toronto / Canada who insisted I buy it. After testing it under my eyes, I decided to wait and not buy to see how my skin reacted. The next morning, I woke up with white flakes and swelling under my eyes—definitely not the look I wanted! Instead of helping, it felt more like a scam. I’d say think twice before buying this one!

Scam. The Pro Lift eye cream worked right away but left flaky residue. Aggressive sales people that create false “sales” from insane starting prices (went from 1,000 to 99 dollars). I got scammed. So mad that I fell for it. Creates a temporary lift but God knows what is in it- certainly nothing that provides long term benefit.

I have the Revolutionary Pro. I use it almost every day for pain and skin rejuvenation. It is so relaxing and with the music, the time goes quickly. Customer Service is excellent. They went above and beyond on their warranty. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased the PRO Eye Lift serum from a boutique in Las Vegas in February.It's a pretty pricy serum but WORKS wonderfully. A few months later I dropped it and busted the top. When I reached out to customer service they promptly sent me a replacement cap (overnighted it) even without the original sales receipt, just a proof of purchase on my AMEX. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and would recommend their products.

Initially the Eye Lift product seemed to work, Later I noticed a white residue where the product had been applied. When I went to wash my face, it felt like small sharp residue. The next morning my eyes were swollen. When I attempted to return the product they said I would need to call the office. When I called I was told to send an email. They emailed back that the "All sales were final". My receipt didn't say that and the representative never mentioned this. Later they called and said they would send info the next day to return the product. Department stores and drug stores all allow products to be returned. We'll see if I get my $278 back.
