Glamorise Arvostelua

I contacted customer support because of a tiny problem with an item. Before I knew it I had a replacent item in the post. Nothing was a problem. No stone left unturned. Excellent service.

Lately it’s the only brand I use when it comes to buying a bra. Before I found it, it had been so hard for me to find an appropriate and comfortable bra for my size (38-40 H). Regular stores usually don’t carry my size and I feel discriminated, to be honest. Besides providing a great number of styles and designs in my size, the company’s RETURN POLICY is exceptional, so even if it doesn’t fit well, it’s always possible to return and get the refund.

Very impressed. Very good quality and fit. Will definitely purchase again.

I needed to talk to a Human and Bernita in GA was excellent, professional, and solved the problem. I love the Glamorise products.

"I'm so glad I ordered this in both black and white. The quality is wonderful, and substantial. After buying from others and receiving inferior products, spending hundreds of dollars while dealing with poor or non-existent return/exchange policies, I've finally found what I've been looking for in Glamorise".
How absolutely refreshing!

Really helpful when Evri lost the package, prompt response and resent the item… just hope Evri don’t mess it up again 🤞🏻

Great choice of bras and when I had to return one, customer service were quick to help me sort my return and email me the link for the returns label as I don't have a printer. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service support when I experienced an issue with a coupon.

I had a problem placing my online order; they helped me quickly and humanely, so I knew I was emailing with a real person, not A.I.

The most supportive and comfortable bra I own is from Glamorise, and it is the only one that really helps my back pain. I tried another Glamorise style that wasn't good for me, but they accepted it back after I wore it and quickly gave me a refund. I am only waiting for them to make a t shirt bra in my size!

I bought two Glamorise Sport 48J from them and the shipment to delivery was so fast, thank you! I definitely will be returning to get more as the fit is so nice, and the cost was low even without a sale.

Glamorise provides excellent customer service. That's one of the reasons I remain a loyal customer. Their products are also high quality, and I appreciate that they continue to carry styles that work for women like me. I don't even look at bras anywhere else. Ordering is easy, and I love the free returns. No one beats Glamorise!

Excellent customer service. The team are exceptionally good and very supportive in resolving issues. I will highly recommend

I had to return a Bra as the cup size was to small. Everything was delt with quickly, money refunded. No problems contacting customer service. Glamorise bra's are good quality and comfortable to wear

Very good service and very good response to my query regarding my refund as soon as i quired they responded by sorting my refund out very quickly
Well pleased with the company and would recommend to everyone

Great company to deal with. There was a delay on my order but Michelle kept me up to date on my delivery. Customer service is fantastic, Michelle was friendly & professional.

My experience was excellent because the representative didn't just answer my question, they took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish. Rather than simply recommending another bra, they explained why each recommendation was a better fit for my needs, which gave me confidence that they were focused on finding the right solution instead of just making another sale.

What impressed me most was that they never made me feel rushed. They asked thoughtful questions, provided detailed explanations, and made sure all of my concerns had been addressed before ending the conversation. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase.

Glamorise is doing an outstanding job with customer service by combining product knowledge with a personal, customer-focused approach. The representative clearly understood the products and was able to translate that knowledge into recommendations tailored to my situation.

The only suggestion I would offer is to continue using the feedback from customer interactions to refine the online "Find My Bra" recommendation tool so it can more closely match customers' support and fit goals. Even so, the excellent customer service more than made up for my initial mismatch, and I came away feeling heard, valued, and confident in the recommendations I received.

**I edited my review to mention the ease in returning a product; it was straight-forward and hassle free.

Their AI was prompt, and actually helpful, and I immediately had an optipn to speak to a human, without asking (or yelling at a computer)

Glamorise’s customer services are excellent. Had to start with an ai chat but got through to a human straight away. Had a nightmare with Evri returning my parcel because they missed the return deadline, However, I was given my refund, in full, which I spent on the bra I knew would be right for me.

Fantastic product. I am happy i finally got a good bra
