We set up a Give in Kind page during a very hard time of loss for our family. Using the site made it so easy for our friends and family to step in and know how to easily help and be supportive. The options we had for people to step in and help were incredibly thorough and removed all the barriers of connection for our people and the support from the site was timely and thorough!

I had an issue with how our company donation to a campaign was displayed. I threw a temper tantrum.... and then Laura from support sorted everything out.

Easy to navigate site, both to set up and for users. Its existence made helping organize our community to be able to support friends in need that much less stressful. Grateful for the service!

Easy to use, understand and donate

GiveInKind has been a game changer. As a father of twins and new triplets, I cannot imagine how else we could have survived! I used the scheduling page to orchestrate meal trains and care trains, the fact you have it all in one calendar- one page is incredible. The page is user friendly and very easy to set up. I love that you can set up administrators so others take the thinking off your shoulders! Scheduling is super easy and the support offered is timely, effective and the agents are very nice!! The update capability is great because as you send messages, it keeps your page in mind for your supporters. They just introduced a mind blowing digital gift card capability, you can move funds around and actually get to use the money where you need it! I love the customization capabilities of the page; I appreciate how we can manage the data for the supporters and the interaction abilities with donors. GiveInKind has been a huge blessing to our family, we have used it for 9+ months and we could not survive without it!
