The quality of the shoes is great , perfect size as per my order, delivery may take longer than expected..

I give this shoe four stars because it fits my feet and it is comfortable. I like the style and color. The quality seems good.

I ordered a pair of lace-less shoes online from Girotti Shoes. I am a size 8.5 US but they only have certain sizes so I ordered a size 8.0 which was their recommendation. The shoes arrived and while the size was correct, the elastic strap (which was in place of normal lases and was meant to hold the foot inside the lace-less shoe) was not strong enough to keep the heal of the foot from popping out of the shoe with every step. I contacted Girotti Shoes and requested a refund on the basis that the shoe was defective, which under their policies, was a basis for a full refund. They made me jump though a bunch of hoops including making me send a video of the issue, which I did. They then claimed that the issue was not a design defect but was rather a sizing issue, which it clearly was not since the shoe was already half a size smaller than my usual size and since my foot fully filled the toe box and fit snug in the shoe. The only recourse they offered me was an exchange for a different style of shoe. After months of arguing that the shoe was defective, under full protest and reservation of rights, I exchanged the defective shoe for a pair of boots (a style of shoe which did not have the defective elastic strap). For the replacement boots Girotti Shoes sent me a sizing video which required me to trace my foot on a piece of paper, which I did. The sizing process indicated that size 8.0 US would be the correct size for the replacement boots. When the boots arrived, they were too big. I contacted the Girotti Shoes and requested an exchange for a smaller size but they refused citing their policy of only offering one free sizing exchange. Girotti Shoes has draconian return/exchange policies and is a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and order shoes from a retailer with fair return/exchange policies, consumer-oriented customer service and a desire for customer satisfaction and retention. Girotti Shoes is not such a retailer; I highly recommend against doing business with this company.

Well the shoes were beautiful got lots of complements and they are also very comfortable
The delivery time was longer than I expected nonetheless they turned up in time for the event.

Yipppeeee. I am glad to inform you that i just received the pair shoeeeeeeee yeeeeee.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. A pair got missing through the postal service . I was upset . Girotti Team was very supportive and cooperative all through the period of the back and forth communication with the postal service. They also got their agent to track the pair of shoes. When it became clear that the shoes were missing. The Girotti Team offered a free replacement. And today I finally got the replacement. All this took about 8 months.

The shoes are perfect, they just took too long to receive them in transit.

I ordered shoes for my partner based upon the measurements from their website. The shoes took 4 weeks to arrive and were too long and too narrow. Girotti claims that they do not refund because the shoes are not defective. If they aren’t made to the specifications, they ARE defective. To get the proper width he’d have to order size 11. He wears size 8. DO NOT BUY HERE!!
