You do nothing wrong but to be hyper…
You do nothing wrong but to be hyper critical. Stop including bolsamic vinegar every time in your comp.. foodstuffs. I have so many bottles, I have stopped placing an order if B/ v. Included delivery time could be better.

I have not received my wines
I have not received my wines. They should have been delivered by Yodel 11 days ago. There is no way of contacting them to rearrange the delivery or leaving with neighbour.

I would not recommend this company to…
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, they have delivered my order to the wrong address which is 85 miles away from mine and they expect me to drive there and collect it !!!
There customer service is terrible and im waiting for them to get in touch to resolve this matter as I have constantly contacted them but all they do is fob me off. I'm disgusted with the way they carry on their business and if I ran mine like that I wouldn't have a business. I am seriously considering contacting trading standards regarding this company. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from them as soon as they have your money they don't want to know !!
