I made a deposit of 50€ a few weeks ago.
I made the deposit via trustly, and after the first week of not seing the money in my account, I was in contact with their costumer service.
They've kept asking me for transactions information and bank receipts from my deposit (which i've sent Them many, many times) and they keep asking me for it over and over like im in touch with a non-human.
Now, after 3 weeks i've given up on my 50€ - i did everything the costumer support told me, and i've given Them every single bit of bank- and transactions information i have from my deposit!
Edit: After 14 months my deposit was accepted, which i am grateful for.. i guess..
The problem is, that my acc still isnt verified?? so i couldnt withdraw the money… i gave up and ended up just gambling the money away.
You guys seriously have to work on account verification techniques..

Wat een (oplichters) bende, 8 dagen na mijn verzoek op uitbetaling nog geen uitbetaling ontvangen. Het is te triest voor woorden, alleen maar vragen op geduld en dat ze er mee bezig zijn. Hier heel ver weg blijven als je geld je lief is.
