What went wrong
So basically the desk mat is the worst place to use mouse.
I have been using different mice and mouse pads since 2011 but i have not yet faced a worse pad to put a mouse and use it.
Gimmi.pk mouse pads are made with good-quality materials, but unfortunately, the surface is not mouse-friendly. My mouse did not work properly on the pad and kept having tracking issues.
Their website clearly mentions a 7-day return policy, but when I requested a return on the same day I received the mouse pad, I was told that the product was not eligible for a return.
Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious and not relying solely on the promotional content you see on Instagram and TikTok. I personally would not recommend buying their mouse pads.
I am writing this to warn everyone: DO NOT BUY FROM GIMMI.PK. This is a complete scam.
I placed order #G9124 on 23 July 2026 for an 11-in-1 Hub. What did I receive? A cheap, lower-value 8-in-1 Hub – completely different from what was advertised and what I paid for.
When I tried to contact their customer support via WhatsApp, I received absolutely no response. Their support is pathetic – they are responsive only until they take your money. After that, they completely disappear.
Here is the pattern of their scam:
· They show premium products with attractive images and descriptions.
· They charge you a higher price for the premium item.
· They send you a cheaper, totally different product – bait and switch.
· They have no after-sales service – no returns, no replacements, no compensation.
· They ignore all customer complaints on WhatsApp and other channels.
I proposed a simple solution – send me the correct item and I will return the wrong one to the rider. No response. They have no intention of fixing their mistakes or standing behind their products.
I am deeply disappointed and will never order from them again. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from gimmi.pk. Save your money and your sanity – do not fall for their fake product images and false promises. This is a classic online scam operating in Pakistan.
