THE WORST AFTER-SALES SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I am writing this review in the hope that someone at Giftoo finally takes ownership of this issue, because every official customer support and escalation channel has failed us.
I placed Order A54598 on 15 July for my daughter's birthday return gifts and even paid an additional ₹500 for express shipping, as the gifts were needed well before her birthday party.

Before placing the order, I specifically confirmed with the sales team that if there were any issues with the products, replacements would also be handled on priority as we had paied express shipping and needed the return gifts for 22nd July. I was assured that this would not be a problem.

Unfortunately, the order arrived with five defective keychains and one defective toy on 16th July.

What has followed has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
Since Saturday, I have spent an extraordinary amount of time following up through emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls simply to get the replacement dispatched. Throughout Saturday, Anchal, who has been handling my complaint, repeatedly assured me that the replacement would be dispatched that day and that the tracking details would be shared. Saturday ended without any tracking details being provided. On Sunday, your office was closed, leaving me with no update whatsoever despite the repeated assurances made the previous day.

From first thing Monday morning, I resumed following up. It was only towards the end of the day that I was informed, for the first time, that five of the replacement products were lying in another warehouse. This information had never been communicated to me earlier, despite the repeated assurances since Saturday that the replacements were being dispatched.

Today, I was then informed that this warehouse was apparently in Mumbai. However, Anchal again assured me that the products had already reached Ahmedabad and that the replacement would 100% be dispatched between 5 PM and 6 PM, which I understand is your dispatch window. Once again, there was no proactive communication. It was only when I called again at around 7 PM, close to the end of the working day, that an airway bill number was finally sent to me while I was still on the call.

However, when I checked the tracking immediately afterwards, Blue Dart displayed "Records Not Found". When I questioned this, Anchal assured me that the parcel had already been handed over to Blue Dart and that the tracking would update. Several hours have now passed, and there is still no record of the shipment, making the information I was given inconsistent with what the courier's system is showing.

The b'day party is tomorrow 22 July and six children still do not have the return gifts that were ordered specifically for this event.

What is most disappointing is not that some products were defective. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of ownership after the sale, the repeated missed commitments, the contradictory information I was given over several days, and the amount of time I have had to spend chasing what should have been a straightforward replacement.

I am posting this review in the hope that someone at Giftoo finally takes ownership of this matter and ensures that the replacement which I have repeatedly been assured has already been dispatched actually reaches me on Wednesday 22nd.

I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through the same experience that we have.

Though Sales team are too busy there is slight delay in their response however if you report to senior management you get response before the given time. I have not only received the product before the given date but also the quality and the colors are so vibrant..kids will love it....

I ordered pencil set along with transparent pouch.

When item delivered some items were missing . When I contacted the customer care they didn't take any action. It's been almost a week.
