Issue resolution
On my first time using Giff Off I had the message “403 Forbidden” displayed. Having just spend £500 I was somewhat concerned and immediately raised my issue through Customer Support. Within minutes I received a response and full resolution from Rusty. The reason was that I had used the site as a quest. Had I have setup an account, the error message wouldn’t have occurred. Excellent customer service.

Shopping around the world made easy
I have been using Gift Off for many years for purchasing gift cards for family and friends. The whole process is quick and easy. It is very convenient to be able to use a single platform for purchasing gift cards from different companies and also from many different countries. On the few occasions that I have needed help or an explanation of something particular, their client assistance is human (not a bot) and capable of providing clear information without a bunch of unnecessary technical terminology.
The only thing that is occasionally a limitation, but not directly to do with Gift Off itself, is the process of redeeming and the conditions for using certain gift cards, which is determined by the individual retailer. For example, some cards can not be used online, so it is important to read the description of how to redeem the card before making your purchase.
But as long as one is aware of this and takes the time to inform oneself with the information that is always available on the site, I can only give Gift Off a big thumbs-up.

Order canceled despite 2FA
Struggled to created account due to 403 site errors. When I finally managed to create an account and make an order it was then cancelled despite having completed with Applepay and Safekey.
There is no live chat and no phone number.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties this customer experienced. Unfortunately, their order was flagged by our system for a routine security review, which is an automatic process designed to protect our customers from potential fraud.
While the customer did complete their bank's 2FA, additional proof of cardholder identity was required to proceed with the order. We communicated this to the customer and offered a full refund to prevent any inconvenience when they expressed frustration and mentioned pursuing a chargeback.
Despite our efforts to resolve the situation amicably, the customer placed a second order, which, after further consideration, was also refunded as a precaution. We strive to maintain a secure shopping environment for all customers, and our decision was made with that in mind.
Although we don't offer live chat or phone support, we do pride ourselves on our responsive support team, who worked diligently to assist this customer. We understand that security protocols can sometimes cause frustration, but they are in place to protect both our customers and our business.

I've been using GiftOff to buy cards with BTC since 2017, and it's always been fantastic, in my experience. It takes about ten minutes to receive the card, but that's probably more to do with getting the confirmations on the blockchain. I haven't tried using a debit card or similar because I like having a way to spend BTC, but I'd have no concerns doing so. The design of the gifting emails has also recently improved quite a lot, so I sometimes just have the card sent straight to the recipient (someone leaving work, for example).

We provided email support for this query and reached out to Deliveroo via our supplier. Deliveroo confirmed that the gift card credit had been redeemed to the customer's account and that the customer should contact Deliveroo directly for any further support.

Extensive customer support was provided regarding a Nike US gift card. Nike blocked the customer from placing an order and froze the funds on the gift card. We contacted Nike via our supplier. Nike took an extensively long time to look into this for which we apologised repeatedly to the customer, but also had no control to do anything about. Nike then reinstated the gift card balance and the customer was free to spend the gift card balance. Nike did also caution that if the customer were to break their Terms of Service when redeeming the gift card the funds would again be frozen. Aside from Nike's slow response time, the issue was fully resolved.
