The box was the same size as the one pictured on the website but we do have to pack everything down in the box for shipping with less packing paper than what we use in the online photos. This may have made the gift appear smaller. We are happy to hear you were happy with the quality and packing :)

Hi Shiril, as per our email trail and the parcel tracking, I am so sorry, the driver delivered this to an incorrect address. This has never happened before and I am told it was due to the depot using relief drivers as a result of Covid. As per my earlier confirmation we have dispatched a replacement gift today on a different courier service following the original courier company being unable to retrieve the gift from the other address. Sorry for the delay, it is very upsetting for us too as most people are honest and occasionally we are given an incorrect address and the people who receive it always phone to tell us they have received a gift that is not for them. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this time.
