I ordered a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cup. It took them almost 2 months over two months to give me the item. They did not want to refund me anything then they sent it to me in the box that it was supposed to come in, which was supposed to be a commemorative box just like the mug, and the mug was artwork was very poorly done wasn’t bright and it was smeared I would suggest not to buy from this company. They finally gave me $17 back which I threw the mug away, but that’s how bad it was. They won’t refund you the whole thing and they won’t send back to get the mug back they’re crooks. Don’t buy from them.

LIES! not what I ordered, It's not even close to what the picture shows, the item they show is a two piece(look at the base) the image is off, THE DATE IS WRONG!!!, colors are off, the handle is different, it doesn't say included, but there is no box like the picture

I ordered a 50thAnniversary Seahawk cup that was supposed to be a Yeti brand. It was not. The date was supposed to read 1976-2026. It says 2022 and it is gold even though it showed it was green. I ordered 2 and have yet to received the second one. This one took 5 weeks to arrive.

Ordered a tumbler that they offered on FB ads- YETI tumbler with Seahawks logo on it. Received tumbler that looks nothing like the advertised tumbler. YETI is just a sticker! Not a tumbler. Rip off!!!

If I could give gifticana a zero I would. They sent the wrong product, when I contacted them they only offered a partial refund which I declined. They didn’t have the product I ordered in stock. This company has been horrible to deal. DON’T ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST

I ordered a University of Wisconsin Camp Randall 100th anniversary Christmas ornament on December 15. It arrived on January 28. The ornament that arrived looks nothing like the picture that is actually included with my order confirmation. I could certainly live with the fact that it’s not the same color scheme, but it is basically just a cheap decal attached to the ornament. The letters are blurry and the detail is poor. I’m sure my daughter will laugh about it over the years, but it wasn’t meant to be bought as a joke. Do not buy from these guys ever.

I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered on December 14 and received it on January 23. Very disappointed with the product. On the website it looked 3-D with lots of details. When I got it, it was very small and flat. No details. We almost can’t read it, it’s so small. Do not recommend this site.

What they advertise is not what you will receive. Ordered Dodger ornaments showing 3D items in it with snow. What you receive is an ornament that has a picture of the scene in the middle. I paid for express shipping but it didn’t arrive on time and advised them if I won’t arrive by Christmas I want it cancelled.

Never again. I ordered what looked to be a fabulous 3-D Christmas ornament in November. First off, it didn't show up until January. Secondly, it was a plastic piece of junk. a cheap-looking plastic ball with a tacky printed piece on the inside that, when you turn it around, the words were backwards. Lastly, the caps and the jerseys were blank - They didn't even say Dodgers or LA on it as it did in the pics. Absolute piece of crap. When I complained, they apologized but only offered me 15% back. I snapped back, and they raised it to 25%. I went back once more, and they said, "They talked to their supervisor and gave up their own commission' so I could have 30%, but that was tops. It was a joke. The only way to get a full refund was to send it back to China, and the costs of shipping it outweighed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS EVER

First of all, I NEVER write reviews! They tend to be one-sided. But, I received the Raiders glass that I ordered but it was not in the gift box that I had paid for. I contact them immediately and they responded right away. They explained that the purchase of the box option should have been removed but was not removed from their site, and was still an option to buy. The reason the box should have been removed from their site was because it did not protect this beautiful glass well when shipped. They apologized profusely and asked if I wanted to return the glass. I said absolutely not! They wanted to return the box cost to me and again I said absolutely not! I told them to keep is the money as a tip. I was so very impressed by their sympathetic nature. In this day and time excellent customer service is hard to find. I recommend this company, HIGHLY!

I ordered something for Christmas through this company. Received a confirmation but have not heard anything back from them about processing or shipping. It’s like they went off the grid. I will be reporting them cause I lost my money. My emails will not even go through.

The item was so cheaply made. A piece of thin cardboard inside ornament. Picture online is sooo deceiving by the crap I got. It was supposed to be a gift but I'm tok embarrassed to get it. LA Dodgers tree ornament. What an ublh cheap joke.

Worst $30 I think I’ve ever spent. I bought a Grateful Dead advent calendar and this must be a joke! They are literally about and inch big by 1/16th of an inch thick. On top of that they don’t even look like actual Grayeful Dead images. Please don’t waist your money.

Dolly was helpful on my order. I was not pleased with the order and how it looked, so she got me 25% back on my order and I got to keep the ornament. I wanted more back but she said that was all she could get for me.

Product received was nothing like how it was described online. Product online looked three dimensional, and when it arrived, it was just a crappy flat piece of plastic. It was absolutely misrepresented on purpose. Complete scam.

Enormously overpriced

I had Jamie as my representative she was excellent. I received the wrong order and we’ve emailed back for five days. She did everything in her power to satisfy me. You should have more representatives like her happy Thanksgiving.

I had some questions about my order and reached out to the company. They immediately answered, even over the weekend, and made sure that I was happy with the entire transaction. Jaime went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

We loved the product offerings and ordered a set. Although we did experience a shipping hiccup, the company went out of their way to resolve it to our satisfaction. I later learned the problem was with a shipping partner, not Gifticana directly, but we appreciated their wonderful attention to customer service.
