But he loved them and customer service did offer for me to return 1 .but for almost £6 each wasn't worth the hassle. Great service 1st time buying from site would defo purchase again if I see anything I like quick delivery thanks

Damaged packaging with Watch.
Received my purchase in damaged package, which was meant to be given as a birthday present for my Grandaughter. Very disappointed.

Ok, but received all squashed & tatty
For some reason the package was unable to be left & the postie had to give it to someone. So 2 missed attempts, as our post arrives while we're all at work. Then had to arrange to collect from the Post Office. Upon opening the bag, the box was completely squashed & looked awful. Not a great look for a present.
