Absolutely terrible experience with Gift Express.
I received a damaged fragrance in poor condition, and getting any kind of support has been a nightmare. I reached out multiple times and was given nothing but a runaround. I was told to email photos of the damage—which I did immediately—but no one ever acknowledged it. I sent two more follow-ups and was completely ignored.
Calling them was no better. I was left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, and when someone finally answered, the line quality was so bad it was nearly impossible to understand anything being said. No real help, no accountability, nothing.
What should have been a simple issue turned into a frustrating, time-wasting mess. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! Luckily I paid using PayPal and was able to get my money back for an order I never received. I placed an order and after a month of waiting the order was never delivered. Customer service kept telling me to wait.

I order a bottle of manacer they sent it out on April 6 the company they use for delivery last shows a April 8th today is the 18th in there delivery company still don't show when I will receive it I have contact giftexspess a few times they say 48 hrs a couple of times now I ask for my money back but they haven't done it. It's sad i need to go to my bank in dispute the order . if you don't mind giving money to a company who uses crappie delivery service than this is the company for you

Ordered a perfume for my wife’s…
Ordered a perfume for my wife’s birthday the perfume looked old the case was rusted outside, looks like the perfume was leaking very disappointed, I returned the perfume and asked for a new one to be shipped, it was a week before my wife’s birthday and I ask them to get it to me before her birthday which is a week away.
I never got it then I called them and they said they shipped it so I waited few more days didn’t get it called again just to find out they didn’t have the perfume and they never shipped it so the issue me a refund
Bottom line I was deceived and lied to
And I never got to give my wife the perfume on her birthdate, very disappointed bad Business.
