After reading all the negative reviews, I won’t be wasting my time or money on this company.

I ordered two Hermes bags on December 10. Never received a confirmation email thank God I take screenshots of everything. I just emailed them no response and I got charged 170 something dollars. It’s definitely a scam.

Definitely a scam. They stopped answering my emails and the item never shipped. You will not be able to get a refund.

I ordered an envelope necklace containing a photo, it took ages to arrive, the quality is poor very cheap, on opening the envelope the magnet came off & the photo inside there is a hole in face, there was not a preview to be had. I contacted them via email x 3, no response, then via PayPal bug as if took them 2 weeks each time to reply the date came & PayPal closed the case. Do not order from this site unless you want to receive rubbish

Never order from a company that you cannot call up because they usually pan out to be FAKE!

I ordered, and paid, for 3 t-shirts on 14 September. I have not received the product. I have sent several e-mails with no response. The contact phone number is either incorrect or phony. I want a full refund or the product that I ordered. Order number 30A991251G770804F

I ordered a gift a week prior to Valentine's day. It said delivery approx 5-8 working days. It came today 3 weeks later! Product was expensive as the quality of it was below par. I ordered on their website because it said AU (Australia)
Everything you order on here comes from China so expect delays if you order around a special date. I will never buy from them again as it is deceiving. Better to spend a few more dollars closer to home and get it delivered on time.

Do not use this company unless you want to waste money.
Sells it self as uk sellers. All communication comes from china. Item shipped from China.
Arrived 3 days later. Had to buy something else for event.
When they arrived they were not the correct size. Now they are telling me I ordered the wrong size!! Nope I ordered the correct size! The material is cheap and sizing not correct.
Beware as any issues they will argue and accuse you of slander and not refund.

I wish I would have looked before ordering.. sad part is my son goes to visit his dad every two weeks and I ordered the blanket so if he missed me he had that blanket with him😭 I feel so dumb

Never received item this is a scam but am about to get my money back

Never received the costume I ordered. No customer service number to call. I sent them several concerns under the contact us link and never got a response. Poor customer service. Total rip off.

How about zero stars. I ordered a cup for almost twice the amount that I could have purchased if I had just been patient. I was trying to replace a mug. When I received the cup it was not the shape nor the size that was advertised. I tried to contact the seller on several occasion with no response. My suggestion. Be patient. Shop elsewhere. Save money and your patience.

If I could less than one star I would!! I received an item that looked horrible! Writing on the candle was cut off on top! Wrote them multiple times to get my money back and heard nothing!!!! Scam company!!!

So I posted a review about my horrible experience with giftcustom and they replied to my review after FIVE MONTHS LATER. I decided to sent an email as they advised me to and needless to say, they NEVER responded to any of my emails. I am not even surprised at this point. They are horrible, they even PRETEND to care about customers to make others believe that they are genuine. What kind of company would do that !?
They play like a professional scammers. Be careful.

I ordered 2 floor mats and never received them. I asked for them to refunded as they were a house warming gift. They refused and then offered to resend them. So afrering going back forth I said fine. They still have not sent them to me. This company is a scam. They will keep your money and you will never get a product.

I ordered a blanket for my Mother for Christmas on 12/18/2021 and to this date I have not received it. I have contacted them back and forth 10 times to ask where my blanket is. They reply back with the same exact response to wait for it to arrive. Still says it is in transit. They refuse to refund my money. They are definitely a scam and I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and I am also having them investigated. They use South San Francisco and the product comes from China. Do not ever buy anything from them. More people besides me need to turn them into the Better Business Bureau. They also have no phone number of course for a reason. This is all a Scam. Buyer beware.

Blanket I ordered is cheap quality, more like a lap cover than a blanket…way overpriced and impossible to return…this place has been reported to BBB and I advise people to not order anything from them unless you like to get ripped off

Very disappointed !!! Took too long and looked nothing like the picture. Price was too high for what I received !!! I do not recommend this company

This company is a fuckn scam and I will be turning them into the BBB. After I call my bank to stop payment. Be warned. SCAMMERS.
