I was very sceptical but wow

I was very sceptical but wow, the song that came through was brilliant. It actually brought a tear to my eye. I can't wait to play it to my partner on our anniversary. The more info you put in the more personal the song will be.

Absolutely brilliant

So easy to use , chose a surprise me genre for my wife's birthday song, it was with me within 30 minutes and is incredible. My wife absolutely loves the song and I think it could actually be her favourite song ever! Will definitely be using this service again.

Left me in tears

I originally thought its one of them sites that dont follow through but im a man that never expresses his feelings but the song for my partner left me in happy tears so thankyou so much really was a beutiful song thankyou ❤️ highly recommend Xx

Hate it

Hate it. Absolutely rubbish this was for my ruby wedding anniversary which is FORTY years the lyrics say Thirty... No place to change it and the music is rubbish

Other sites offer changes this one only offers more ways to spend money and promote them... Don't bother

I would like to clarify that when you contacted us regarding the lyric mentioning "thirty" instead of "forty", we immediately offered to correct the lyric and created multiple revised versions for you at no additional cost in an effort to make things right.

The song was written using the information provided in your submission form and produced in the musical style you selected. While music is naturally subjective and we understand that not every creative result will suit every listener's taste, we genuinely tried to accommodate your requests and offered further revisions after your initial concerns were raised.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we were disappointed that despite providing additional versions and offering further assistance, we were unable to reach an outcome that met your expectations.

Value for money but room to improve

The beat and the high production levels are the best I have tested. The submission process is simple and easy however I feel it could do with refining. The final product was very good but again no option to fine tune or revise the song. Disappointing considering the cost.
High quality product but low customerisation options.
Over all just satisfied.

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the production quality and found the submission process straightforward. Delivering professional-quality music is something we take a lot of pride in, so it's great to know that stood out.

You also raise some very fair points regarding customisation and revisions. Historically, Giftafi has been designed as a streamlined service to keep delivery times fast and prices affordable, but we completely understand that many customers would like more involvement in refining the final song and tailoring the experience further.

The good news is that we're currently developing a major upgrade focused specifically on customer control and personalisation. If testing continues to go well, we're hoping to begin rolling these features out towards the latter part of next week. Planned improvements include:

• Enhanced song-building experience with a more guided and interactive submission process.
• Greater creative control during the briefing stage, allowing customers to provide more detailed direction.
• Revision and fine-tuning options for customers who would like adjustments after hearing their song.
