I swapped to Giant when my previous contract came to an end. They were able to get my a new router delivered within a couple of days, the fibre ran in and connected within just over a week. Amazing service and so helpful during the transition. They emailed updates throughout so that I could keep up to date with where my order was up to and when the work was going to be completed. Broadband has been working seamlessly ever since and I'm very happy with the service and coverage as well as the prices being great value for money! Will recommend to everyone I know!

About 2am, I noticed that my Internet had gone down, by chance I called Calum, he advised that the engineers were doing some work overnight and reassured me that all would be OK when I needed to log on for working later that morning, Promise kept, living up to thier "personal Service " something you don't get with the big boys, 5 stars
