Ghd Recycle Arvostelua 

Disappointing service. Payment was sent incorrectly to the wrong PayPal account, and it was done via Friends and Family, which offers no buyer protection. I have tried contacting them multiple times but responses have been very slow or non existent. Customer service really needs improvement and basic checks should be done before sending payments.

AVOID! Absolutely awful experience with this unprofessional company which has unbelievably poor and rude customer service. I have still not received payment for the straighteners I sent in and the company is no longer responding to my emails. They paid the money into the wrong PayPal account using friends and family option, as opposed to good and services. Therefore no buyer protection.

10th May - Ah wow so there is internet/email access in Preston! As was explained, you did not cross check the name. Why are you not using good and services? If you were customers would be insured

I’ve just received my ghd straighteners back today after sending them to be fixed as it wasn’t heating up anymore and I’m so pleased. The straighteners are working perfectly now and were fixed and sent back to me so quickly.
I also bought a pair of refurbished wide plate straighteners a few weeks ago which are fantastic. I’m so happy that I have somewhere to send my ghd’s to be fixed if I need to again. Thank you!

Tom dewhurst from their customer services team - rudest boy man I’ve ever spoken to. He responded to an enquiry I sent ‘are you being serious’. Interesting. To clarify - I was. Delivery was 3 weeks late and the ‘shop’ app wasn’t displaying updates.

Product is well priced but quality / efficacy match the cheaper pp. A good concept though, appreciate the renew aspect.

Fantastic service from GHD recycle. My straighteners stopped working and I was going on holiday the following week so was looking for a new pair. I came across GHD recycle and contacted and explained what was happening and was told they could fix them no problem. I sent them on Monday and they were returned fixed on Wednesday. Brilliant service thank you x

Amazing service from this company. Original item ordered was actually out of stock due to a web site error. Rather than just cancelling the order, an actual human phoned to explain, apologise, offer a better product at the same price & upgraded the postal service. Many other companies could learn from these guys. Highly recommend!

I sent my Ghd's off for repair and prepaid for the repair. I was nervous that I had paid before the work was done. But Tom reassured me all the way, was very professional and great customer service. They came back in brilliant condition like new and quickly after the bank holiday thank you so much. Would recommend to anyone

Sent my straightners on Friday got them back Tuesday great service. I had them repaired 3 times week before in a Glasgow shop and paid over the top and he left them dangerous. I found ghdrecycle on line and i am so happy i did they are great price and great fast repairs will use again

this is a great service for the environmentally conscious however it could be slicker and feels clunky

Amazing super fast service! I was devastated when my ghd’s stopped working after 10+ years and found this website and bought a refurbished pair (also sent my broken ones off and got £8 for them). Super fast payment within 2 days for my broken ones and super quick delivery for my new ones which look and feel brand new! Would highly recommend this company. A+ service.

Sent off my straighteners for repair as they suddenly stopped working - sent on the Monday and they were returned by the Wednesday fully repaired and one very very happy customer.

My ghds broke during the first lockdown and I was devastated... obviously!! My college kit straighteners made me look appropriate for going to the food shop at least!! I had a bit of money during the November lockdown and looked up repairers in my local area (Devon) saw this advert and bought the package after seeing good reviews. After googling the address saw that it looked like a residential area and panicked but thought hey ho they don’t work anyway, give it a go. Posted them off and received them back very quickly (to my surprise) fully working, tied up nicely with bubble wrap to protect them with a note on the invoice saying what had been replaced and the 6 month guarantee. Very happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again! Thankyou so much!!
