Scam site. After payment, the money was not even credited to the site's balance.

I used GGDrop expecting a smooth experience: deposit funds, open cases, and withdraw CS2 skins to my Steam account. After making purchases, my account was unexpectedly blocked and I was asked to submit sensitive ID documents — including a passport photo, credit card image, and a handwritten note with a selfie. These requirements were never disclosed during sign-up or payment.
I declined due to privacy concerns and reached out to support requesting a refund or cancellation. I was told to contact my bank instead, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve since filed a dispute with my bank and am hoping GGDrop will reconsider and resolve this directly.
I’m not here to attack the platform — just asking GGDrop to honor its own refund policy for non-delivery and respect users’ privacy. I’m happy to provide screenshots and correspondence if needed. Please make this right

The roller animation of cases is on red and then lag and go to blue !? i win 700 dollars, when i try to contant support they not respont on messages !!

It is impossible to win on this site. I have deposited and tried many times, all with disappointing results. For each safe you open, you get less than the amount it is worth. After opening a few cases in this way, you run out of money.

Honestly, I don’t really understand all the negative reviews. People are complaining that they lost even though they had an 80% chance to win… But that’s literally how gambling works — even with a 99% chance you can still lose, and with just 1% you can win.

I personally had an issue withdrawing my skins, but after verifying my account, support solved it within 10–15 minutes and unlocked the withdrawal option.

Some users also said you can’t withdraw expensive skins — but they ignore the fact that sometimes a specific skin just isn’t available in the bots’ inventory at that moment (which happens on every site like this). For example, today (14.05.25) I successfully withdrew an AK-47 Vulcan (Factory New) and a Skeleton Knife Fade (Factory New), which are definitely not cheap (I deposited around $600).

From my experience, I can definitely recommend the site. The support works as it should, and I’m happy with the drops — I managed to profit despite what some people are saying about “bad odds

I spent 5 dollars and didnt receive my funds so i contacted the support twice and didnt get my funds or a refund.
I feel scammed

ggdrop took £20.87 and £41.75 out of my account on Saturday 15th February I want a full refund

Scam,I played there for 100 times and only made some profit like 3/5 times. Don’t recommend at all

Don't fall for the fake 5 star reviews as if the individual has 1 review ever, it does not take too many brain cells to understand what is going on. As far as the others with 5+ reviews, take a look at their history for reviews and you will notice a 5 star review for these scammers and 1 star reviews for other CS2 sites similar to this.. Trust Pilot has become complete garbage as people are struggling nowadays and the last thing they need is to lose more money because they seen the site had good reviews on Trustpilot(who use to be actually reliable reviews)
Greed is disgusting and it has completely made this planet earth a non-stop negative view of living a life to its fullest

You cannot delete an account, you can only suspend it, even if the right to deletion is noted in the privacy policy. Let's see what the General Data Protection Regulation has to say about this.

1 guy Alexander didnt help me withdraw my skins and he was very wierd with giving me links with russian texts. Ggdrop should fire him. Russians ruin this world.
Ggdrops withdraw system is very fuked cuz you need to spend deposited money on cases to get skins and then you can withdraw skins. Dont use Ggdrop when you are not ready to lose your money. Skins chances are very low and upgrader is a scam. Even when you do like 70% upgrade you probs lose it xD. Bad site
