placed our 3rd order May 15th. Website says delivery in 3 days. I have sent numerous emails trying to get a tracking number or any information as to where our order is. Accepted my money from ETransfer immediately. Surprised that We have had no response!
No phone number available To contact them anywhere. We just want the order, cancer patient here!

I haven't had a response from my emails. I have never used the site before. I placed my order, uploaded my id then got an email stating that someone would verify my id and get back to me asap. How long does it take for them to verify id so you can order?

Shipping times are dicey at best. Quality is decent but when the once’s sell out you can’t buy 2 14 oz of the same product for the price of an once.
What makes it even more ridiculous is you ship out your ounces in 2 separate 14 once bags.
