Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We looked into your case in detail to understand the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.

Our support team responded to you in private messages and reviewed your subscription settings. The reason you received very few job alerts was due to the very narrow industry filters you selected — this significantly limited the number of matches our system could send.

Regarding billing: the initial renewal attempt on your card was declined due to insufficient funds. On the following retry attempt, the payment was successfully processed, as your subscription was still active at that time. After you cancelled the subscription, no further charges were made.

Even though subscription payments are normally non-refundable, we issued a full refund for your case as an exception, and processed it immediately.

If any other questions come up, our team is always available to help.

A decent bot

A decent bot. It's cool that you can filter by industry and company size — if you've worked in big companies all your career, you don't want to go to small ones anymore. In general, it quite convenient that it's only the freshly published vacancies that it sends me, and not just everything from weeks ago.

Used it like LinkedIn notifications for new openings, works much better than LinkedIn’s default. Strongly recommend it for that task

Exploring a New Tool for Job Hunting

I've tested the app a few times to explore its capabilities. Setting up preferences was straightforward, and the job suggestions I received were mostly relevant and arrived promptly. The interface is simple, intuitive, and makes it easy to fine-tune filters and track new openings.

For example, I set a preference for fully remote senior engineering roles with specific tech stacks and locations, and I quickly had a shortlist of matching positions that were relevant and well-targeted.

While I wasn’t actively job hunting during the test, I can see real potential here. The goal of this app is to notify users about newly posted jobs among the first and increase the chances of getting an offer. The app is definitely going into my toolbox when I start exploring new opportunities.
