I really like Getting Married as it was quite easy to use and understand. We liked the features the website offered and it helped us with organising our guest lists and food choices. It was also good for communicating information to our guests.
The only thing I didn’t like was shortly after we started using the website Getting Married changed their software or how some of the features were used on the website which was a little frustrating as we had to figure out how to do somethings again. But overall it was a very good and useful tool.

Used Getting married as our wedding website for our wedding in October.
Was incredibly easy to use, set up and monitor.
We then used a QR code to send people to the website which worked really well.
The interactive feature for recommendations on accomodation was excellent as our venue has limited capacity.
I would recommend to any couple who want to easily create a wedding website

Super easy to navigate and set up. We opted for the free package, and were so pleasantly surprised with the range of options it gave us. Getting Married made our big day go so smoothly, and we have a lovely website for the memories!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS WEBSITE - Useless website - user experience is terrible both for the organiser and for guests. We paid for the premium version and what a waste of money it is - so clunky and badly designed. Many of my friends have used other companies and event he free versions are so much better

The website was super easy to use, it had a lot of customisation options and all my guests complimented us on it. It saved us some much time as we didn’t have to send emails with details of the day or repetitive messages. We highly recommend it!

I chose GM over other websites so that I could use the management tools they offer e.g. menu choices, questions, easy day/evening guest management all in one place. I ended up paying for a premium membership to be able to do everything I wanted, which was more than I would've liked to have paid, but I was happy to at the time for the convenience. It's an excellent tool - an easy hub to see who has RSVPd, what answers guests have submitted etc, and you can also send out handy email messages if there are any updates for your guests. It sounded like it was pretty easy to use as well, having asked some of my friends & family. I'd recommend it, but it's a shame they charge so much for GM+ to have access to all the tools (should've been £90 but I managed to get it for £70 with a discount code), especially when everything is so expensive already.

Quick and simple website that is great for sharing information with guests

Awkward website for us to use and navigate, some glitches, like sending our guest a message that was sent out to each person three times with others not receiving one, lots of spam emails. The look of the website was attractive and the guest list feature useful though

Getting Married is an absolute must for any couple getting married. It's so easy to use and was fantastic at managing RSVPs, Table Plans and gifts.

We chose this site as we wanted both a green and convenient way to invite our guests to our wedding.

This website is a great way of hosting and delivering important info for the wedding day. The RSVP collection, dietary requirements and the ability to collect song requests also made our lives so much easier!!

Would recommend 100% buying the premium version as the functionality is excellent and, again, convenient!!

The self help guides were also really useful too.

What a great idea for a product, and definitely would recommend to anybody getting married.

I did all the planning with my partner and his family. None of my family were involved with the planning of the wedding. We managed to do everything ourselves, start to finish. Couldn't of had a nice wedding without the help from family.

Overall, it was okay.
The site isn't very easy to use and we had issues sending messages, regularly.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend using it again.
I also work in tech, particualrly with websites, so I don't think it was user error...

My daughter set this up for us and it worked well for those who used it. Its a great concept and you can add as much info as you like.

The website function itself is easy to use and setup however my guests really struggled with the RSVP function - which is fairly crucial.

The button at the bottom of the website is small and hard to locate and logging in is also cumbersome. The free website function was good however I had to do a lot of admin due to the accessibility issues therefore I wouldn’t recommend paying for the extras as it really was not work the money.

Absolutely useless website. Just use canva and a spreadsheet. Not user friendly and to get any benefit you need to buy packages. To update on what Getting Married have said. I paid for the upgraded website. And it’s still awful so don’t buy the extras

The Guest List worked really well. We had fun designing and sending out e-invitations. The auto-reply function made keeping a track of who said they were coming and who wasn’t very easy also. Access to wedding Stationery was excellent and a beautiful guest book arrived in good time for big day.

The website enabled you to create and host your own wedding website for sharing information, collecting RSVPs, adding contact forms and more. In terms of features it gave you a lot for free, but wasn't very customizable for our colour scheme. However for a free app I would recommend it over the other options. It is very easy to use. It has an RSVP feature, but we found a Google Form was more customizable for us (also free)

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I want to share our experience. For a service that was supposed to make wedding planning less stressful, it actually caused us more anxiety. The user experience was quite frustrating and difficult to navigate, and connecting our own URL proved to be tricky. I had to contact customer service multiple times, primarily because guests received duplicate emails (up to 10 times), which made us look quite foolish. I even had to apologise to my guests during my wedding speech to make light of the situation. Some guests were confused about which parts of the day they were invited to, and others had trouble with the gift fund. One thing that I did find useful, however, was that we were able to download guest lists with food choices to give to our caterers. We did also receive a partial refund, but the developers have a long way to go to make this website a smoother and stress-free experience.
