Getspace Arvostelua 

Наткнулся на рекламу в инсте касательно бесплатного сайта. Но весь прикол в том, что для того, чтобы они сделали сайт нужно купить хостинг у get space. Который при чем стоит значительно выше рынка. Ещё плюс заплатить на год вперёд.

Avoid at all costs! The hosting is overpriced compared to other companies with better service and faster servers.
When I wanted to switch to another hosting company (after the binding period), they tried to get a lot of money from me by blackmailing ('You'll lose your data if you don't pay us more for this, that' etc.). It was a very long and problematic process as they were making it difficult on purpose, beating around the bush, misinforming, and didn't cooperate.
After 1 year after resigning they're still sending me proforma invoices.

A mi me han intentado engañar, menos mal que me he puesto a buscar porque me parecía muy rara la gestión. Cuidado porque además ponen anuncios en Instagram y Facebook que se te cuela como otro anuncio más. En fin una estafa bien pensada!!!

GetSpace EU and UK along with WAcademy and Starflix are scam companies. They offer websites which are never done, they charge fraudulent credit card payments and they never refund your money even if you are within the dates explained on their terms and conditions.

I already reported this to the spanish Police and Consumer Rights authorities but I guess is no use because of their Ireland/UK basing and online scam hard to track.

Despite having proof of payment, Getspace kept sending an invoice for the service, and kept saying I was unable to proceed with the service until the amount was paid. I wrote several emails to say it was paid, but they never corrected the issue. Two and a half months later, they had the audacity to ask "Or did you never pay?"

I've since found that others have made the same complaint!

I strongly advise you seek service elsewhere.

They have excellent support and working ethic. I was surprised with their willing to help and look deeper for customers. I recommend.

I wish I could give negative stars. Scam company who charged me twice and refuse to refund me.

I have been waiting for a refund for two months but no one responds

It is not possible to contact by phone because there is no such number and the messages are not answered.

Cancelled program last year (agreed by both parties) as they weren't able to produce what I needed and received a full refund. Recently they sent an invoice for another year and I emailed and asked them to check back their records - this email was ignored and further invoice reminders were sent. They stated that they would not take the payment directly and that I would need to process the payment, however they had our details from the previous year and proceeded to extract the payment anyhow.
Since this point they have ignored any communications, the phone number on their website is unrecognised. They operate under different trading names (Wacademy & Starflix aka Getspace) however they are all connected - same directors etc. Starflix is based and registered in Ireland which adds a complication to resolving any dispute however stick with it if you find yourself in a similar situation.
CONCLUSION: untrustworthy Lithuanian led company to avoid any dealings with.
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM AT ANY COST.

Worst experience, charged no reason twice. Website very weak. For this money could get professional Web page. Never even again. Avoid Getspace!

Do not use!! Complete con and having to go through the courts for refund of funds taken after cancellation!! Avoid these con artists.

Everything was done the way I requested. Particularly pleased with the clarity of the implementation of the amendments.

One small minus - a little delays in terms, but always with apologies.

Avoid at all costs! They kept charging multiple charges to my account and when questioned sent me an additional invoice for £180 when my monthly hosting charge was £29. They offered no explanation for this extra invoice and when I cancelled my account they continued to attempt payments on my card. I have now cancelled my bank card because of this but am still receiving notifications from the bank that payments are being attempted on my old card

I am very happy with the creation of my website with Getspace. This is my first website and I was a bit confused of how it should look like. I only new I want it simple and informative. With these little instructions, the result was great, the design proposed by the team reflects my ideas and fulfills my expectation. Thank you.

Gangsters.... stay away!! Taking money when account is closed is fraud

Horrible company don’t reply to you for 5 hours have Atleast! Not helpful at all try to charge you for anything possible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Slow servers no good! You will be sorry if you decide to spend your money with these guys! Very unprofessional !
