Had problems with product code. Got me e through it and working and Active!

I bought my copy of Microsoft 365 Office in May and installed it easily and received the activation code by email very quickly. I then had to reinstall the software on my replacement hard drive this evening - I contacted the supplier via my purchase email and promptly received an email explaining the process and it was reinstalled in a few minutes. I definitely recommend this supplier and their customer service.

This is the 1st time I've placed an order with Groupon for software, got to say how excellent softwaredeals.com are. Purchased low cost Microsoft product package via Groupon. Big mistake. Huge. Groupon needs to take action here. Getsoftwaredeals has been reported in the Microsoft community as an illegitimate vendor. Check their pages to verify as I couldn’t add a link here.
Unfortunately, Groupon couldn’t care less and refused my refund request. I have escalated at PayPal and they ruled in Groupon’s favour. Am continuing to pursue.PayPal still refused to refund. Have reported both Groupon and Getsoftwaredeals to Microsoft Counterfeiting Department. I suggest anyone else scammed does the same.

I purchased office 2024 through Groupon and it didn’t work as supposed to. Groupon said that the company would not refund as been downloaded. I am going to try to get refund through PayPal. Too good to be true as previously stated. Refunded now

I bought a Microsoft Office Pro Plus lifetime license via Groupon, to be supplied by this company. The electronic delivery process was convoluted, and it worked initially, but after a month the product failed, requiring an another activation code, saying the original one is not valid. NO acknowledgement or response whatsoever from Get Software Deals support via their advertised email, phone or SMS. Obviously I am now in the complaint process with Groupon, but my advice is AVOID Get Software Deals.

this site miss-sells products. offers office 2024 professional plus, provides a license key for an LTSC version, NOT the product that is advertised.

Redeemed Microsoft Office voucher but there are no prompts or further information regarding Microsoft Office security keys that follow.

Compré una clave para Office 2024 en Groupon y no tuve buena experiencia. Funciona, pero servicio pésimo.

Tras tener que contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente porque no recibía la clave por la que había pagado, finalmente la consigo y me dicen que si pongo una opinión me regalan una segunda clave.

Pues bien, procedo a poner una opinión fundada y honesta de lo que me había pasado, que es la siguiente:
"La activación no lleva más de 10 minutos siguiendo las instrucciones que te mandan. Eso sí, dichas instrucciones están en inglés, cosa que puede suponer un problema para algunos usuarios. Cabe reseñar que tras la compra y las 24 horas de espera que indican, no recibí ningún mail con la clave ni las instrucciones. Tuve que ponerme en contacto con el servicio de atención y entonces sí que me lo enviaron. Office parece funcionar correctamente por ahora, así que contento con la compra. Pero pongo 3 estrellas por los siguientes motivos: instrucciones en inglés para un usuario objetivo español y la necesidad de contactar con atención al cliente para recibir mi clave. Una estrella por cada cuestión."

Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando me dicen que es una review muy mala y que no me pueden dar la clave gratis por ella. Es importante destacar que en ningún momento pedían 5 estrellas a cambio de la clave, sólo una opinión. Y la opinión puse. En la conversación poco menos que asume que el servicio da igual, lo importante son las 5 estrellas, así que olé sus bemoles.

Pues con ello pasan de 3 estrellas y una opinión neutra, a 2 estrellas (no pongo 1 porque la clave finalmente funciona) y un cliente que nunca volverá a tratar con ellos.

Las políticas de este vendedor rozan lo engañoso y fraudulento, así que cuidado. No os fieis de las opiniones de 5 estrellas porque claramente están "compradas" a cambio de la segunda clave.

fake. Cheap is expensive. Don't buy. It was too good to be true. I bought 2 vouchers from groupon. Not working. I tried to contact them. I can't contact them.

I've written to the support contact twice with the same query and still haven't received a response in over 2 weeks. May 24th 2025 was first email asking for support over Office 2024 as some products appear to be missing from the installation!

So the answer is no. No contact. Many attempts by me messages sent, left, begged … nada response.
So ignore the section on help and support. Just accept it’s a single transaction and when you’ve paid you are on your own

Software doesn't Work and Poor Customer Service. Bought the Software through Groupon, not working so contacted but no solution, requested a refund, now no communication so have registered the problem with Groupon. Wish I hadn't taken the chance!

Purchased yesterday. Followed instructions with Groupon i.e. register/log in etc and provide information. Redeem button used. Nothing received. Have now gone through the process twice and have received nothing. When Contact or help requested, nothing....

The price point made me skeptical whether this is legit. But I didn't have much to lose.

The instructions were simple so anyone can follow. And the software works as promised. I could not ask fo anything more! 10/10 would recommend.

Office for Mac purchase went well. Needed some help for installation and the help desk were quick to respond and within a short time all was resolved.
