Getremade Arvostelua 

I really wanted to get away from melatonin. I read the reviews and thought this might be a solution. I ordered two packages of single serving Remade. At the end it offered me another on discount and I took it. I received three packages of powder. One of the packages was cut and the powder was everywhere. Then there is the scoop - what a mess ( I ordered single serve packets...). The powders does not dissolve well and it takes time to get the lumps out. Finally - 8 days in, and I cannot tell a difference. I realize it might take time to kick in - but I am seeing zero impact. I will give it another 3 weeks, but I am getting doubtful.

After one full month of use I can confidently say it helps me sleep better at night. In my case, it only marginally helps with sleep onset delay (as the reason I have a hard time falling asleep is excitement, not anxiety), but it does definitely help me not say sound asleep when I fall asleep.

As of now, my WHOOP shows little difference than usual on most metrics, but since I usually subjectively feel more refreshed the next morning, I think this has to do with horrible sleeping conditions in the winter holidays (two out of four weeks of light testing).

I’ve greatly improved the consistency of my sleep efficiency: before it had wild swings, now it’s way more consistent, though the average is barely different.

Let’s see how things go in the next two months.

Fun story: I gave it to my menopausal mother the other night: she hates the taste (I love it), but she slept like a baby that night—she didn’t wake up two times as she usually does, and this way she slept about two hours more than usual (if she wakes up, anxiety keeps her up).

Also, customer service is exceptional. Had a problem with shipping (not the company’s fault), and the founder went above and beyond to help me out.
